According to the present invention, a construction method of a retaining wall using a panel having a base reinforcement method constructed by using a reinforcement support pipe having a predetermined length and an upper cap coupled to an upper end portion of the reinforcement support pipe comprises the following steps of: cutting a slope; installing the reinforcement support pipe in a vertical direction on a terrain in front of the cut slope; coupling the upper cap to an upper end portion of the installed reinforcement support pipe; forming a base portion with a structure of surrounding the upper cap; installing a panel with a predetermined height at an upper side of the formed base portion; performing construction work of backfilling a rear side of the installed panel; and cutting a slope at a front lower side of the installed panel.

본 발명은 소정 길이를 가지는 보강지지관과 상기 보강지지관의 상단부에 결합되는 상부캡을 이용하여 구축되는 기초부 보강방안이 구비된 절토부 패널식 옹벽 시공방법에 있어서, 비탈면 절취단계; 상기 절취된 비탈면 전방측 지형에 상기 보강지지관을 상하방향으로 설치하는 단계; 상기 설치된 보강지지관의 상단부에 상기 상부캡을 결합하는 단계; 상기 상부캡을 덮어 감싸는 구조로 기초부를 형성하는 단계; 상기 형성된 기초부 상측으로 패널을 기 설정 높이로 설치하는 단계; 상기 설치된 패널 후방측으로 뒷채움 시공작업을 하는 단계; 및 상기 설치된 패널 전방 하부측 비탈면을 절취하는 단계;를 포함하는 기초부 보강방안이 구비된 절토부 패널식 옹벽 시공방법을 제공한다.
