The present invention relates to an opening and closing device of a smoke discharge window with an improved structure, which can improve work convenience during an assembly and disassembly work, allow a connecting work between a chain member and a bracket to be conveniently performed, cause a limit switch to be coupled to a frame member in a convenient and solid manner, suppress the movement of the bracket when the chain member performs an orbital motion, and make the entire volume compact. To this end, the present invention comprises: a frame member disposed at a position adjacent to a smoke discharge window frame, and having an opening unit provided at one side to communicate with the outside in a longitudinal direction, a driving box coupled to the outside at which a driving motor is installed, and first and second rail grooves formed at right and left sides on the inside around a partition; a bracket which is accommodated in the first rail groove to be slidably moved in a longitudinal direction of the frame member, and has one side and the other side individually provided with a chain hanger provided to connect while catching an end portion of the chain member orbiting by the rotating force of the driving motor, and a connecting unit having an elongated hole at a front end such that one end portion of a connector connected to the smoke discharge window frame may be inserted thereinto; the connector of which one end portion is inserted into the elongated hole of the bracket to communicate therewith, and the other end unit coupled to communicate with the smoke discharge window frame; and a movement prevention means provided to prevent movement when the bracket is slidably moved in the first rail groove.

본 발명은 조립 및 분해 작업시 작업 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 체인부재와 브라켓의 연결작업이 간편하게 이루어지도록 함과 아울러, 리미트 스위치를 간편하고 견고하게 프레임부재에 결합시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 체인부재의 궤도 동작중에 브라켓의 유동을 억제시킬 수 있으며, 전체 부피를 콤팩트화시킬 수 있도록 그 구조가 개선된 배연창 개폐장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 배연창 프레임과 근접된 위치에 마련되고, 일측으로 외측과 연통되는 개구부가 길이방향으로 형성되며, 구동모터가 설치된 구동박스가 외측에 결합되고, 내부의 좌,우 양측에 격벽을 기준으로 제1,2레일홈이 형성된 프레임부재와; 상기 제1레일홈 내에 수용되어 상기 프레임부재의 길이방향으로 슬라이딩 이동 가능하고, 일측과 타측에 상기 구동모터의 회전력에 의해 궤도 회전되는 체인부재의 단부를 걸어서 연결시키기 위한 체인걸이가 각각 마련되며, 선단에 배연창 프레임과 연결된 연결구의 일단부가 끼워져 삽입되도록 장공이 형성된 연결부가 구비된 브라켓과; 상기 브라켓의 장공 내에 일단부가 끼워져 연동되고, 타단부가 상기 배연창 프레임과 연동되게 결합되는 연결구; 및 상기 브라켓의 상기 제1레일홈 내에서 슬라이딩 이동시 유동을 방지하기 위한 유동방지수단;으로 이루어진다.
