The present invention relates to a pre-buried socket anchor assembly with a vibration-proof pad and a construction method thereof and, more specifically, to a pre-buried socket anchor assembly with a vibration-proof pad, which is pre-buried when being coupled to an arranged rebar to be strongly and stably installed in a rebar concrete structure and includes the vibration-proof pad reducing vibration to prevent release of a bolt, and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the pre-buried socket anchor assembly with a vibration-proof pad comprises: a socket anchor (10) having an anchor head (100) formed at one end and having a bolt fixing groove (101) formed at the other end to be coupled to a fixing bolt (20) for fixing a facility to a rebar concrete structure; a planar inner plate (11) installing the other end of a plurality of socket anchors (10) on a front surface part and having a through-hole (110) corresponding to the bolt fixing groove (101); a planar vibration-proof pad (12) installed on the rear surface part of the inner plate (11), having a through-hole (120) corresponding to the bolt fixing groove (101), and made of a rubber material; a planar outer plate (13) installed on the rear surface part of the vibration-proof pad (12) and having a through-hole (130) corresponding to the bolt fixing groove (101); and a plurality of coupling bolts (14) coupled by penetrating the inner plate (11), the vibration-proof pad (12), and the outer plate (13).
본 발명은 방진패드를 구비한 선 매립형 소켓앵커 조립체 및 그의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세히는 배근된 철근에 결합된 상태로 선 매립되어 철근 콘크리트 구조물 내에 견고하고 안정적으로 설치될 수 있으며 방진패드가 구비되어 진동을 억제함으로써 볼트의 풀림을 방지할 수 있는 방진패드를 구비한 선 매립형 소켓앵커 조립체 및 그의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방진패드를 구비한 선 매립형 소켓앵커 조립체는 일단으로 앵커헤드(100)가 형성되고 타단으로는 철근 콘크리트 구조물에 시설물을 고정시키기 위한 고정볼트(20)가 결합되게 볼트고정홈(101)이 형성되는 소켓앵커(10)와, 전면부에 복수개의 상기 소켓앵커(10) 타단이 설치되며 상기 볼트고정홈(101)과 대응되게 통공(110)이 형성되는 판형상의 내부플레이트(11)와, 상기 내부플레이트(11)의 후면부에 설치되며 상기 볼트고정홈(101)과 대응되게 통공(120)이 형성되고 고무재질인 판형상의 방진패드(12)와, 상기 방진패드(12)의 후면부에 설치되며 상기 볼트고정홈(101)과 대응되게 통공(130)이 형성된 판형상의 외부플레이트(13)와, 상기 내부플레이트(11), 방진패드(12), 외부플레이트(13)를 관통하여 결합되는 복수개의 결합볼트(14)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a pre-buried socket anchor assembly with a vibration-proof pad and a construction method thereof and, more specifically, to a pre-buried socket anchor assembly with a vibration-proof pad, which is pre-buried when being coupled to an arranged rebar to be strongly and stably installed in a rebar concrete structure and includes the vibration-proof pad reducing vibration to prevent release of a bolt, and a construction method thereof.
