The present invention relates to a system for inducing and discharging leachate and a construction method thereof, which can induce and discharge leachate, which is generated at a rear surface of a concrete structure including a road and a side cutter, through a drain formed at the side gutter. To this end, the system for inducing and discharging leachate is the system for inducing and discharging leachate which can induce and discharge leachate, which is generated at a rear surface of a concrete structure including a road and a side cutter, through a drain formed at the side gutter, and comprises: at least one road punching unit which is punched at a portion through which leachate is discharged from a cracked unit such as a crack on the road of a concrete structure or an expansion joint unit, or at a portion in which the leachate is pooled in the cracked unit; a chipping unit which chips the concrete structure in a polygonal flat surface shape in order to include the road punching unit, and is formed to be recessed on the road, while communicating with the drain; a leachate discharge unit which connects the road punching unit to the drain in order to form a discharge flow path of the leachate; and a backfill unit which is filled into the chipping unit such that the leachate discharge unit may be covered in a state in which an exit of the leachate discharge unit is exposed in the drain.
본 발명은 도로와 측구가 포함된 콘크리트 구조체의 배면에서 발생되는 침출수를 상기 측구에 형성된 배수로로 유도 배출시키기 위한 침출수의 유도배출시스템과 이의 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 침출수의 유도배출시스템은 도로와 측구가 포함된 콘크리트 구조체의 배면에서 발생되는 침출수를 측구에 형성된 배수로로 유도 배출시키기 위한 침출수의 유도배출시스템이고, 콘크리트 구조체 중 도로의 균열이나 신축이음부와 같은 균열부에서 침출수가 배출되는 부분 또는 균열부에서 침출수가 고인 부분에 천공되는 적어도 하나의 도로천공부와, 도로천공부가 포함되도록 다각형의 평면 형상으로 콘크리트 구조체를 치핑함에 따라 도로에 함몰 형성되고 배수로와 연통되는 치핑부와, 도로천공부와 배수로를 연결하여 침출수의 배출유로를 형성하는 침출수배수부 및 침출수배수부의 출구가 배수로에 노출된 상태에서 침출수배수부가 가려지도록 치핑부에 충진되는 되메우기부;를 포함한다.
