DOOR HINGE HAVING DAMPER BRACKET FOR PREVENTING GAP
Disclosed is a door hinge having a damper bracket for preventing a gap. The door hinge comprises: a cover plate; a first mounting plate rotatably coupled to the cover plate; a second mounting plate fixedly coupled to the cover plate; a lever having one end rotatably coupled to the first mounting plate, and the other end rotatably coupled to the cover plate by a first coupling pin, and having a first coupling groove on the other end; and a damper unit detachably coupled to the cover plate, and connected to the first coupling pin and the first coupling groove to absorb impact and noise generated when the first mounting plate rotates. The damper unit includes: a damper bracket detachably coupled to the inside of the cover plate, and having a second coupling groove into which the first coupling pin is inserted; a damper fixedly coupled to the inside of the damper bracket, and having a rod facing a cylinder and the first mounting plate; and a rotating bracket rotatably coupled to the rod and the damper bracket, having a rotating pin inserted into the first coupling groove, and rotated by the lever to withdraw the rod, and further includes a gap prevention wing portion formed by being bent vertically from the second coupling groove to the inside of the first fixing bracket. Thus, the lever can be prevented from being damaged.

Disclosed is a door hinge having a damper bracket for preventing a gap. The door hinge comprises: a cover plate; a first mounting plate rotatably coupled to the cover plate; a second mounting plate fixedly coupled to the cover plate; a lever having one end rotatably coupled to the first mounting plate, and the other end rotatably coupled to the cover plate by a first coupling pin, and having a first coupling groove on the other end; and a damper unit detachably coupled to the cover plate, and connected to the first coupling pin and the first coupling groove to absorb impact and noise generated when the first mounting plate rotates. The damper unit includes: a damper bracket detachably coupled to the inside of the cover plate, and having a second coupling groove into which the first coupling pin is inserted; a damper fixedly coupled to the inside of the damper bracket, and having a rod facing a cylinder and the first mounting plate; and a rotating bracket rotatably coupled to the rod and the damper bracket, having a rotating pin inserted into the first coupling groove, and rotated by the lever to withdraw the rod, and further includes a gap prevention wing portion formed by being bent vertically from the second coupling groove to the inside of the first fixing bracket. Thus, the lever can be prevented from being damaged.
