Provided are a steam curing device for manhole repair and a steam curing method using the same. The present invention comprises: an inner cover which is coupled to a connection tube having at least one air supply line and closes an open inlet of a manhole frame; a tube which is connected in communication with a lower end of the air supply line and expands in volume to close an opening formed in a concrete structure during air supply; an outer cover which is assembled with an upper end of the connection tube, in which an inner ceiling surface is spaced apart from an upper surface of a repair layer by a predetermined interval and a lower end bent downward at a predetermined length from an outer edge is in close contact with a road surface while surrounding an outer edge of the repair layer; and at least one steam supply pipe which is disposed to be coupled to an outer assembly hole penetrating the outer cover and an inner assembly hole penetrating the inner cover, has one end in communication with a steam supply source, and forms a plurality of discharge holes. The repair layer is steam-cured by a steam heat source discharged and filled through the discharge hole of the steam supply pipe located between the outer cover and the inner cover. The repair layer is steam-cured by a steam heat source discharged and filled through another discharge hole of the steam supply pipe positioned between the inner cover and the tube. Therefore, the present invention can shorten the steam curing and hardening time of the repair layer on which concrete is poured.
맨홀보수용 증기양생장치 및 이를 이용한 증기양생방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은, 적어도 하나의 에어공급라인을 갖는 연결관체와 결합되어 맨홀틀의 개방된 입구를 폐쇄하도록 덮어지는 내부덮개 ; 상기 에어공급라인의 하부단에 연통연결되어 에어공급시 콘크리트 구조물에 천공된 개구부를 폐쇄하도록 부피팽창되는 튜브 ; 상기 연결관체의 상부단과 조립되어 상기 보수층의 상부면으로부터 내부 천정면이 일정간격을 두고 이격되어 배치되고, 외측테두리로부터 일정길이 하향 절곡된 하부단이 상기 보수층의 외측테두리를 에워싸면서 상기 도로면에 밀착되는 외부덮개 ; 상기 외부덮개에 관통된 외부 조립공과 상기 내부덮개에 관통배치된 내부 조립공에 대응결합되어 배치되고, 일단이 증기공급원과 연통연결되며 복수개의 토출공을 형성하는 적어도 하나의 증기공급관을 포함하여, 상기 외부덮개와 내부덮개와의 사이에 위치하는 증기공급관의 토출공을 통해 토출되어 채워지는 증기열원에 의해서 상기 보수층을 증기양생하고, 상기 내부덮개와 튜브와의 사이에 위치하는 증기공급관의 다른 토출공을 통하여 토출되어 채워지는 증기열원에 의해서 상기 보수층을 증기양생한다.

Provided are a steam curing device for manhole repair and a steam curing method using the same. The present invention comprises: an inner cover which is coupled to a connection tube having at least one air supply line and closes an open inlet of a manhole frame; a tube which is connected in communication with a lower end of the air supply line and expands in volume to close an opening formed in a concrete structure during air supply; an outer cover which is assembled with an upper end of the connection tube, in which an inner ceiling surface is spaced apart from an upper surface of a repair layer by a predetermined interval and a lower end bent downward at a predetermined length from an outer edge is in close contact with a road surface while surrounding an outer edge of the repair layer; and at least one steam supply pipe which is disposed to be coupled to an outer assembly hole penetrating the outer cover and an inner assembly hole penetrating the inner cover, has one end in communication with a steam supply source, and forms a plurality of discharge holes. The repair layer is steam-cured by a steam heat source discharged and filled through the discharge hole of the steam supply pipe located between the outer cover and the inner cover. The repair layer is steam-cured by a steam heat source discharged and filled through another discharge hole of the steam supply pipe positioned between the inner cover and the tube. Therefore, the present invention can shorten the steam curing and hardening time of the repair layer on which concrete is poured.
