The present invention relates to a water leak prevention roof panel fixing means for a soundproof tunnel and a construction method of the soundproof tunnel using the same, wherein the water leak prevention roof panel fixing means can minimize corrosion of the sealing member from direct sunlight and moisture by preventing a sealing member from being exposed to the outside to secure durability of the sealing member, can maximize watertightness and actively drain rainwater ponding on an outer surface of the soundproof tunnel to fundamentally block a water leak, and can couple a first cover member to a second cover member in a double coupling structure to enable the second cover member to be stably maintained in the first cover member without being separated by vibration, winds, and the like.
본 발명은 실링부재가 외부로 노출되지 않도록 하여 직사광선 및 습기로부터 실링부재의 부식을 최소화시켜 실링부재의 내구성을 보장하고 특히, 수밀성을 극대화시키고 방음터널의 외면에 고인 빗물이 적극 배수되도록 하여 누수현상을 원천 차단할 수 있으면서도, 제1 커버부재와 제2 커버부재를 이중 결합구조로 결합시킴으로써 진동, 바람 등에 의해 제2 커버부재가 제1 커버부재에서 쉽게 이탈되지 않고 견고히 유지될 수 있도록 한 방음터널용 누수차단 지붕패널 고정수단 및 이를 이용한 방음터널 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
