ROTARY TYPE SCRAPER
The present invention relates to a scraper with an improved inert matter removal function. The scraper includes: a main screen installed in a body to filter out inert matter flowing along river water; a rake moved in an axial direction of the body and scraping the inert matter stuck in the main screen; and an inert matter removal part inducing the inert matter, which is stuck in the rake going past or approaching a specific position of the upper part of the body, to be forcibly dropped. The inner matter removal part includes: a sensor member installed in the body to detect the rake going past or approaching the specific position; and a discharge nozzle member inducing the inert matter to be dropped by discharging fluids to the rake detected by the sensor member. According to the present invention, unlike existing technology, the scraper is installed inside the body of a rotary scraper or installed to be able to be rotated outside the body to discharge fluids to a rake on a specific position when sensed by a sensor. Therefore, as inert matter which is not freely dropped from the rake can be forcibly dropped, the collection rate of the inert matter can be increased and the rake can be kept clean with the fluids sprayed onto the rake.
본 발명은 협잡물 제거기능이 향상된 제진기에 관한 것으로, 바디에 구비되어 하천수를 따라 유동되는 협잡물을 걸러내는 메인스크린, 바디의 축 방향을 따라 이동되며 메인스크린에 걸린 협잡물을 긁어 올리는 레이크, 및 바디의 상부의 특정 위치를 지나거나 접근하는 레이크에 걸린 협잡물을 강제로 낙하 유도하는 협잡물 제거부를 포함하고, 협잡물 제거부로써, 레이크가 특정 위치를 지나거나 접근되는 것을 검출하기 위해 바디에 구비되는 센서부재, 및 센서부재에 감지되는 해당 레이크에 유체를 분출시켜 협잡물을 낙하 유도하는 분출노즐부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 로터리 제진기의 바디 내측에 구비되거나 또는 바디의 외측에서 회동 가능하게 구비되어 센서의 센싱시 특정 위치의 레이크 측에 유체를 분출시킴으로써 레이크에서 자유 낙하되지 않는 협잡물을 강제로 낙하시켜 협잡물의 수거율을 향상시킬 수 있고, 유체의 분사에 의한 레이크의 청소를 통해 레이크의 청결을 유지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a scraper with an improved inert matter removal function.
