The present invention relates to a mold for curing concrete (C) and the like to form various roads (R). The mold comprises: a pair of main bodies (10) formed by corresponding to each other at fixed intervals and installed to cure the concrete (C) by placing the concrete (C) inside; an insertion unit (20) inserted and fixed into the cured concrete (C); a fixing unit (30) including a through-hole (31) in which a fixing bolt (32) is inserted and installed to support the main body (10) on a ground surface (L); a cutting unit (40) formed by being cut in the lower part of the main body (10) and installed to be bent in the direction of the ground surface (L); and a through unit (50) formed by penetrating both ends of the main body (10).
본 발명은 공원로, 자전거 도로, 산책로 등의 다양한 도로(R)를 형성하게 콘크리트(C) 등을 양생할 수 있도록 하는 거푸집에 있어서: 판 형태로 형성되고, 일정한 간격으로 서로 대응되어 형성되어 내부에 콘크리트(C) 등을 타설하여 양생이 가능하도록 구비하는 한쌍의 본체(10); 상기 본체(10) 상에 절단 형성되어 콘크리트(C) 등이 수용된 방향으로 절곡 돌출되고, 굳어진 콘크리트(C) 등의 내부에 삽설 고정되는 삽입부(20); 상기 본체(10) 상에 절단 형성되어 외부 방향으로 절곡되고, 본체(10)를 지면(L)으로부터 지지될 수 있게 고정볼트(32)가 삽설되는 관통구(31)를 구비하는 고정부(30); 상기 본체(10)의 하부에 절단 형성되어 지면(L)의 방향에 따라 절곡될 수 있도록 구비하는 절개부(40); 및 상기 본체(10)의 양 끝에 관통 형성되어 체결볼트(51)와 너트(52)에 의해 다수개의 본체(10)가 연속 고정이 가능하게 구비하는 관통부(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 공원, 자전거 도로, 산책로 등의 도로를 손쉽게 콘크리트로 등으로 양생하여 작업이 편의하고, 자유 곡선과 횡단 선형으로 이루어지는 지면에서도 콘크리트 등의 양생이 가능해 지면의 형태에 구애받지 않아 다양하게 작업이 가능하며, 도로를 완성 후에도 제거하지 않아 도로에 가해지는 압력을 측면에서 항상 지지하여 도로의 파손을 방지함과 동시에 별도의 지면 평탄화 작업과 해체작업이 불필요해 공사기간 단축 및 설치비용을 줄일 수 있고, 완성된 도로 측면에 부착된 상태로 심미감이 향상되게 다양한 색상으로 형성 가능하면서 도로의 구간별로 색상을 달리하거나 동일하게 하여 이동자에게 정보를 줄 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

본 발명은 공원로, 자전거 도로, 산책로 등의 다양한 도로(R)를 형성하게 콘크리트(C) 등을 양생할 수 있도록 하는 거푸집에 있어서: 판 형태로 형성되고, 일정한 간격으로 서로 대응되어 형성되어 내부에 콘크리트(C) 등을 타설하여 양생이 가능하도록 구비하는 한쌍의 본체(10); 상기 본체(10) 상에 절단 형성되어 콘크리트(C) 등이 수용된 방향으로 절곡 돌출되고, 굳어진 콘크리트(C) 등의 내부에 삽설 고정되는 삽입부(20); 상기 본체(10) 상에 절단 형성되어 외부 방향으로 절곡되고, 본체(10)를 지면(L)으로부터 지지될 수 있게 고정볼트(32)가 삽설되는 관통구(31)를 구비하는 고정부(30); 상기 본체(10)의 하부에 절단 형성되어 지면(L)의 방향에 따라 절곡될 수 있도록 구비하는 절개부(40); 및 상기 본체(10)의 양 끝에 관통 형성되어 체결볼트(51)와 너트(52)에 의해 다수개의 본체(10)가 연속 고정이 가능하게 구비하는 관통부(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 발명은, 공원, 자전거 도로, 산책로 등의 도로를 손쉽게 콘크리트로 등으로 양생하여 작업이 편의하고, 자유 곡선과 횡단 선형으로 이루어지는 지면에서도 콘크리트 등의 양생이 가능해 지면의 형태에 구애받지 않아 다양하게 작업이 가능하며, 도로를 완성 후에도 제거하지 않아 도로에 가해지는 압력을 측면에서 항상 지지하여 도로의 파손을 방지함과 동시에 별도의 지면 평탄화 작업과 해체작업이 불필요해 공사기간 단축 및 설치비용을 줄일 수 있고, 완성된 도로 측면에 부착된 상태로 심미감이 향상되게 다양한 색상으로 형성 가능하면서 도로의 구간별로 색상을 달리하거나 동일하게 하여 이동자에게 정보를 줄 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.
