ROAD SURFACE CLEANING SYSTEM AND ITS METHOD USING SNOW REMOVAL LIQUID SPRAYING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a road surface cleaning system and a method for the same. The road surface cleaning system using a deicing chemical spraying device includes: one or more main tanks receiving cleaning water from the outside through a supply pipe while a deicing chemical is removed and storing the cleaning water; a spray module having multiple spray nozzles to spray the cleaning water to the outside through a discharge pipe connected to the main tank; a salinity sensor measuring existence of residual deicing chemicals in the main tank and the discharge pipe by being installed in the main tank or the discharge pipe and transmitting the measured information to a control unit; and the control unit controlling opening and closing of the spray nozzle and multiple control valves formed in the supply pipe and the discharge pipe to control a flow rate of the cleaning water flowing in the spray module, the discharge pipe, and the supply pipe.
본 발명은 도로노면 세척 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 제설액이 저장된 메인탱크에 연결된 배출배관을 통해 제설액을 외부로 분사시켜 동절기 제설작업을 수행하는 제설제 살포장치를 이용한 도로노면 세척 시스템에 있어서, 제설액이 제거된 상태에서 공급배관을 통해 외부에서 세척수를 공급받아 저장하는 하나 이상의 메인탱크; 상기 메인탱크에 연결된 배출배관을 통해 세척수를 외부로 분사시키도록 복수의 분사노즐을 갖는 분사모듈; 상기 메인탱크 또는 배출배관에 구비되어 상기 메인탱크 및 배출배관에 잔여 제설액의 유무를 측정하고, 측정된 정보를 제어부로 전송하는 염도센서; 및 상기 제설제 살포장치를 이용한 도로노면 세척 시스템에 인접하여 구비되며, 상기 염도센서 및 제설제 살포장치를 이용한 도로노면 세척 시스템에서 전달받은 정보를 통합관제시스템으로 송신하고, 상기 통합관제시스템으로부터 제어신호를 수신하여 상기 공급배관 및 배출배관 및 분사모듈의 내부에 흐르는 세척수의 유량을 조절할 수 있도록 상기 공급배관 및 배출배관에 형성되는 복수의 조절밸브 및 상기 분사노즐의 개폐 여부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제설제 살포장치를 이용한 도로노면 세척 시스템을 제공하며, 상기에 기재된 구성을 갖는 제설제 살포장치를 이용한 도로노면 세척 시스템으로 도로노면을 세척하는 방법에 있어서, 제설작업을 위해 메인탱크에 수용되어 있던 제설액을 제거하는 제설액제거단계; 레벨센서를 통해 상기 메인탱크에 수용된 제설액이 완전히 제거된 것을 확인하고, 도로노면 세척을 위해 상기 메인탱크에 세척수를 공급하는 세척수공급단계; 및 도로노면을 세척하기 위해 상기 메인탱크에 수용된 세척수를 분사모듈을 통해 도로노면으로 분사하는 세척수분사단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 제설제 살포장치를 이용한 도로노면 세척 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
