The present invention relates to a utility pole collision prevention apparatus with an overhead distribution line, which can prevent a direct collision between a vehicle and a utility pole by a buffer effect and can be exchanged with another collision prevention apparatus in use to be used before replacement as needed. More specifically, a utility pole is vertically installed on the ground, has an overhead distribution line on an upper portion thereof, and has ribs formed on a lower portion thereof to strengthen fixation to the ground. The utility pole includes at least one collision prevention unit installed to rotate along with the ribs by an external force of a vehicle. The collision prevention unit includes: a pair of links having a prescribed length, and facing the pair of ribs by being coupled with the ribs through the lower portion thereof so as to rotate by an external force of a vehicle; and a cushion member which has both sides rotatably coupled to upper portions of the pair of links, respectively and is made of a cushion material to perform a buffering function to prevent direct contact between the outer surface of a vehicle and the outer surface of the utility pole.
본 발명은 차량과 전신주 간의 직접적인 충돌을 완충효과에 의해 방지할 수 있으며, 필요에 따라 교체하기 이전에 이미 사용중인 다른 추돌방지장치와 교환하여 사용할 수 있는 가공배전선로가 구비된 전신주 추돌 방지 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 지면에 수직되게 설치되되 상부에는 가공배전선로가 구비되며 하부에는 지면과의 고정력을 높이기 위한 리브가 형성된 전신주에 있어서, 상기 전신주는 차량의 외력에 의해 상기 리브와 회전할 수 있도록 적어도 하나 이상 설치되는 충돌방지부를 포함하며, 상기 충돌방지부는 소정길이를 갖되 한 쌍의 상기 리브와 서로 마주보게 하부가 상기 리브와 회전 가능하게 결합하여 차량의 외력에 의해 회전하는 한 쌍의 링크, 양측이 한 쌍의 상기 링크 상부와 각각 회전 가능하게 결합하되 쿠션재질로 이루어져 차량 외면과 상기 전신주 외면 간에 직접적으로 접촉하지 못하게 완충작용을 하는 쿠션재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
