The present invention relates to a vertically-separating type precast culvert box and a construction method for the same and, more specifically, to a vertically-separating type precast culvert box divided into upper and lower concrete blocks. An upper bracket and a lower bracket having the shape of protruding toward the outside are individually formed on the lower part of both side walls of the upper concrete block and the upper part of both side walls of the lower concrete block, forming a junction surface in which the upper concrete block and the lower concrete block are coupled. The vertically-separating type precast culvert box can effectively prevent an equipment malfunction such as a crack of mortar filled in a hole between junction surfaces and a leakage due to the crack by improving resistance on various kinds of tensile strength applied to the culvert box during a use process after being constructed.
본 발명은 상하분리형 프리캐스트 암거 박스 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 상부와 하부 콘크리트 블록으로 분리 구성되는 상하분리형 프리캐스트 암거 박스에 있어서, 상부 콘크리트 블록과 하부 콘크리트 블록이 상호 체결되는 접합면을 구성하는 상부 콘크리트 블록의 양 측벽 하부 및 하부 콘크리트 블록의 양 측벽 상부에 외부로 돌출된 형태의 상부 브라켓 및 하부 브라켓을 각각 형성하고, 상부 브라켓을 관통하는 관통공을 블록의 길이 방향을 따라 일정 간격으로 다수개 형성하여, 상기 상부 콘크리트 블록과 하부 콘크리트 블록의 체결 과정에서, 상기 다수개의 관통공에 앵커 볼트를 삽입하여 상부 브라켓 하부로 일정 길이만큼 돌출되도록 구비하여, 상부 콘크리트 블록과 하부 콘크리트 블록의 접합면 사이의 공극에 모르타르를 충진하여 굳히는 과정에서, 상기 상부 브라켓 하부로 돌출된 다수개의 앵커볼트에 의해 상부 콘크리트 블록과 하부 콘크리트 블록 사이의 간격이 일정하게 유지되도록 지지한 상태에서 접합면 사이의 공극에 충진된 모르타르를 완전히 굳힌 후, 상기 관통공에 삽입된 앵커볼트를 제거하여 상부 콘크리트 블록과 하부 콘크리트 블록의 접합면 사이의 공극에 충진되어 굳어진 무수축 모르타르에 상부 콘크리트 블록으로부터 인가되는 상재하중에 의한 압축력이 인가되도록 구성함으로써 접합면 사이의 공극에 충진된 모르타르에 압축응력이 발생되도록 유도하여, 시공 후의 사용 과정에서 암거박스에 인가되는 다양한 종류의 인장응력에 대한 저항성을 증가시켜 접합면 사이의 공극에 충진된 모르타르의 균열이나 그로 인한 누수 등의 설비불량을 효과적으로 예방할 수 있는 상하분리형 프리캐스트 암거 박스 및 그 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a vertically-separating type precast culvert box and a construction method for the same and, more specifically, to a vertically-separating type precast culvert box divided into upper and lower concrete blocks.
