The present invention provides a clamping assembly for a glass door which lowers production costs. The clamping assembly for a glass door comprises an outer clamp, an inner clamp, an automatic return mechanism, and a position fixing unit. An upper clamping opening for clamping a glass door is concavely installed on an upper portion of the outer clamp. A lower portion of the outer clamp is dented to form a first and a second side wall. A first lower clamping opening is formed between the first and the second side wall. A first protrusion unit is installed in the first side wall. The inner clamp is mounted on the first lower clamping opening. A lower portion of the inner clamp is dented to form a second lower clamping opening. Both sides of the inner clamp are tightly attached to the first and the second side wall. A first concave unit is installed on the inner clamp to correspond to one side of the first side wall to allow the first protrusion unit of the first side wall to be slidingly installed. The automatic return mechanism is installed on the second lower clamping opening to be removed. The position fixing unit horizontally penetrates the first side wall and a second protrusion unit to be in close contact with the first concave unit of the inner clamp.

The present invention provides a clamping assembly for a glass door which lowers production costs. The clamping assembly for a glass door comprises an outer clamp, an inner clamp, an automatic return mechanism, and a position fixing unit. An upper clamping opening for clamping a glass door is concavely installed on an upper portion of the outer clamp. A lower portion of the outer clamp is dented to form a first and a second side wall.
