The present invention relates to a system window with an insulation structure of a window frame and a window sash frame using different materials which can maintain heat insulation, sound insulation, watertightness, wind pressure resistance, and airtightness. An inner and an outer window frame (10, 10′) are made of an aluminum material, and an inner and an outer internal frame (12, 12′) of a synthetic resin material are tightly inserted and installed therein. Mohair (13, 13′) is installed on a mohair insertion groove (11, 11′) of the outer internal frame (12′). Mohair (14) is installed on the outside of one side of a mohair insertion groove (11, 11′) of the inner internal frame (12), and a coupling protrusion (16) of a cap (15) with the coupling protrusion (16) is inserted and installed in the other side. An outer, a middle, an inner window sash frame (20, 20′, 20″) are made of an aluminum material to couple a guide frame (26, 26′) with a protruding guide (23, 23′) of a synthetic resin material therebetween. An insertion groove (21, 21′) and an insertion bar (22) are installed on the inside, both sides, and the outside of the outer, the middle, the inner window sash frame (20, 20′, 20″) to correspondingly insert and install an insertion groove (24, 24′) and an insertion bar (25) of the guide frame (26, 26′).
본 발명은 이종재질을 이용한 창문프레임과 창틀프레임의 단열구조를 갖는 시스템 창호에 관한 것으로 내,외측 창문프레임(10)(10')을 알루미늄 재질로 구성하고 그 내부에 합성수지 재질의 내,외측 내부프레임(12)(12')을 밀착되게 삽입 설치하며 외측 내부프레임(12')의 모헤어 삽입홈(11)(11')에는 모헤어(13)(13')를 설치하고 내측 내부프레임(12)의 모헤어 삽입홈(11)(11')에는 일측 외부에 모헤어(14)가 설치되고 타측 내부에 결합돌조(16)가 설치된 캡(15)의 결합돌조(16)로 삽입 설치하며 외측,중앙 및 내측 창틀프레임(20)(20')(20")을 알루미늄 재질로 구성하여 그 사이에 합성수지 재질의 가이드(23)(23')가 돌출 설치된 가이드프레임(26)(26')을 결합시키되 외측,중앙 및 내측 창틀프레임(20)(20')(20")의 내측,양측 및 외측에는 삽입홈(21)(21')과 삽입봉(22)을 설치하여 가이드프레임(26)(26')의 삽입홈(24)(24')과 삽입봉(25)을 대응되게 삽입시켜 설치되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
