Cylinder protective cover for frame and elastic fixed fire door
The present invention relates to a cylinder protective cover for a fire door elastically fixed to a frame. The protective cover on which a cylinder is installed is easily and simply fixed by inserting a frame and a projection into a hole with elastic force, is tightly fixed by repulsive force by elasticity after being fixed, and is elastically fixed to the frame to prevent disassembly arbitrarily. A mounting hole into which the cylinder for opening and closing a fire door is inserted inward is formed on the front surface. A frame wall bent inward is formed on both sides of the front surface. The frame is formed with a fixing projection protruding inward from the frame wall at a position where the mounting hole is formed. The protective cover comprises: a side plate which is arranged at both sides to open the front surface and the upper and lower parts to have elastic force and is formed with an installation hole penetrating to install a door handle on the cylinder stored therein and a fitting step part formed to be stepped into the frame wall to be inserted inward and having a fixing hole through which the fixing projection is fitted; a rear plate which is arranged at the rear of the side plate and closes the rear; and an elastic part which bends and connects the both sides in contact with the side plate and the rear plate.
본 발명은 프레임과 탄성 고정되는 방화문용 실린더 보호커버에 관한 것으로 서, 실린더가 설치되는 보호커버를 탄성력으로 프레임과 돌기를 구멍에 끼우는 방식으로 쉽고 간편하게 고정하고, 고정된 이후에는 탄성에 의한 반발력으로 밀착 고정되어 임의로 해체됨을 방지하는 프레임과 탄성 고정되도록 전면에 방화문을 개폐하는 실린더가 내측으로 삽입되는 장착구멍이 형성되고, 전면 양측에는 내측으로 절곡된 프레임벽면이 형성되며, 상기 장착구멍이 형성된 위치의 프레임벽면에서 내측으로 돌출된 고정돌기가 형성된 프레임이 구성되고, 탄성력을 갖추도록 전면과 상,하부가 개방되도록 양측에 배치되어 내부에 수용된 실린더에 도어손잡이가 설치되도록 관통된 설치구멍이 형성되고, 전면은 상기 프레임벽면에 삽입 수용되도록 내측으로 단차지게 형성되어 상기 고정돌기가 끼움고정되도록 관통된 고정구멍이 형성된 끼움단차부로 이루어진 측면판과, 상기 측면판의 후방에 배치되어 후방을 폐쇄하는 후면판과, 상기 측면판과 후면판이 맞닿는 양측을 절곡시켜 연결하는 탄성부로 형성된 보호커버로 구성된다.

본 발명은 프레임과 탄성 고정되는 방화문용 실린더 보호커버에 관한 것으로 서, 실린더가 설치되는 보호커버를 탄성력으로 프레임과 돌기를 구멍에 끼우는 방식으로 쉽고 간편하게 고정하고, 고정된 이후에는 탄성에 의한 반발력으로 밀착 고정되어 임의로 해체됨을 방지하는 프레임과 탄성 고정되도록 전면에 방화문을 개폐하는 실린더가 내측으로 삽입되는 장착구멍이 형성되고, 전면 양측에는 내측으로 절곡된 프레임벽면이 형성되며, 상기 장착구멍이 형성된 위치의 프레임벽면에서 내측으로 돌출된 고정돌기가 형성된 프레임이 구성되고, 탄성력을 갖추도록 전면과 상,하부가 개방되도록 양측에 배치되어 내부에 수용된 실린더에 도어손잡이가 설치되도록 관통된 설치구멍이 형성되고, 전면은 상기 프레임벽면에 삽입 수용되도록 내측으로 단차지게 형성되어 상기 고정돌기가 끼움고정되도록 관통된 고정구멍이 형성된 끼움단차부로 이루어진 측면판과, 상기 측면판의 후방에 배치되어 후방을 폐쇄하는 후면판과, 상기 측면판과 후면판이 맞닿는 양측을 절곡시켜 연결하는 탄성부로 형성된 보호커버로 구성된다.
