Provided is a roller replacement device for building windows. The roller replacement device for building windows includes: a windowsill frame having a quadrangular framework shape, having a rail protruded on an inner surface thereof, and having a first finishing piece provided on an outer side adjacent to the rail; and a window frame having a roller mounted in an installation space formed in a lower portion thereof to be able to slide along the rail, and opening and closing an inner space of the windowsill frame, has a cut groove formed on an outer side of the installation space, in which the roller is mounted, to expose the installation space to the outside, has a seating groove formed on one surface of the cut groove, has a fastening piece provided on one side of an upper end of the rail and protruded toward the seating groove, wherein the fastening piece is fixed to the seating groove through a horizontally fastened fastening bolt, and a cover piece for opening and closing the exposed installation space is bolted to the cut groove, and further has traction units provided in front and rear of the roller to support the window frame when the roller is replaced, thereby enabling a worker to easily replace the roller, and has a structure capable of raising or lowering a second finishing piece of the windowsill frame, thereby enabling the worker to easily replace the roller without interfering with an external structure.
건축용 창호의 롤러교체장치가 제공된다. 제공된 건축용 창호의 롤러교체장치는 사각의 틀체 형상으로 내면에 레일이 돌출형성되고, 상기 레일의 인접한 외측에 제1 마감편이 마련된 창틀프레임과, 상기 레일을 따라 슬라이딩 이동할 수 있도록 하부에 형성된 설치공간에 롤러가 장착되며, 슬라이딩 이동과정에서 상기 창틀프레임의 내부공간을 개폐하는 창문프레임을 포함하되, 상기 롤러가 장착된 설치공간의 어느 한 외측에 상기 설치공간을 외부로 노출시키기 위한 절개홈이 형성되며, 상기 절개홈의 일면에 안착홈이 형성되고, 상기 레일의 상단 일측에는 상기 안착홈 측으로 돌출된 체결편이 마련되며, 상기 체결편은 수평방향으로 체결되는 체결볼트를 통해 상기 안착홈에 고정되고, 상기 절개홈에는 상기 노출된 설치공간을 개폐하기 위한 덮개편이 볼트체결되며, 상기 롤러의 전, 후방에는 상기 롤러를 교체시 상기 창문프레임을 지지하기 위한 견인유닛이 더 구비되어 롤러의 교체작업을 용이하게 수행할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 창틀프레임의 제2 마감편을 승강이동 가능한 구조를 갖도록 함으로써, 롤러의 교체작업시 외부 구조물의 방해 없이 용이하게 교체작업을 수행할 수 있도록 한다.
