A SOUNDPROOF PLATE FIXING DEVICE
The present invention relates to a device for fixing an upper soundproof plate of a soundproof tunnel by using an elastic connector. In regard to a soundproof tunnel in which both ends of an upper beam (H3) are fixed to the top of both lateral beams in a form of covering a road and an upper soundproof plate (P) is arranged and fixed through the upper beam (H3) arranged in a longitudinal direction of the road, the device for fixing an upper soundproof plate of a soundproof tunnel includes: a rail (100) placed in parallel with the upper beam (H3) and including a center placement part (120) formed in a longitudinal direction to place a counterpart end of the upper soundproof plate (P) arranged in the center of the upper part, grooved drains (130, 130a) formed on both sides of the center placement part (120), and support parts (140, 140a) supporting the upper soundproof plate (P); a plurality of elastic connectors (200) arranged in a longitudinal direction while being spaced in pairs between the rail (100) and the upper part of the upper beam (H3), and fixing the rail (100) to the upper beam (H3) through each elastic rubber (210); a soundproof plate attachment unit (300) inserted into a combination groove (122) formed in the center of the center placement part (120) to fix the counterpart end of the upper soundproof plate (P) with both ends; and a binder (400) combined with the rail (100) through the center of the soundproof plate attachment unit (300) to fix the upper soundproof plate (P) with pressure.
본 발명은 탄성 결속구를 이용한 방음터널의 상부 방음판 고정장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 양쪽 측면빔의 상단에 상부 빔(H3)의 양단이 도로를 커버하는 형태로 고정되고 도로 길이방향을 따라 배열된 상기 상부 빔(H3)을 통해 상부 방음판(P)이 배열 고정되는 방음터널에 있어서, 상기 상부 빔(H3)에 평행하게 올려지며 상측 중심에 배열된 상기 상부 방음판(P)의 대응단이 올려져 위치되도록 중심 안착부(120)가 길이방향을 따라 형성되고 상기 중심 안착부(120)를 중심으로 한 양쪽에 각각 배수를 위한 홈 형태의 배수로(130)(130a) 및 상기 상부 방음판(P)을 상향 지지하는 지지부(140)(140a)가 순차적으로 형성되는 레일(100); 상기 상부 빔(H3)의 상측과 상기 레일(100) 사이에서 한 쌍으로 이격되게 위치된 상태에서 길이 방향을 따라 복수개 배열되며 각각 탄성고무(210)를 매개로 하여 상기 상부 빔(H3)에 상기 레일(100)을 고정시키게 되는 탄성 결속구(200); 상기 중심 안착부(120)의 중심에 형성된 결합홈(122)에 끼워져 결합시 양단이 상기 상부 방음판(P)의 대응단을 고정하는 방음판 밀착구(300); 상기 방음판 밀착구(300)의 중심을 통과하여 상기 레일(100)에 결합되어 상기 상부 방음판(P)이 가압 고정되도록 하는 체결구(400)를 포함한다.
