Prevention of fire spread of building exterior wall structure
The present invention relates to a fire spread prevention exterior wall structure for a building to minimize the extent of flames moving up a building′s exterior. According to the present invention, the fire spread prevention exterior wall structure for a building comprises: a fire detector installed on the lower part of a wall surface placed between floors; an external case; a lower flame blocking unit; a middle extinguishing unit disposed in the middle of an installation space forming the external case, connecting a water supply pipe connector and a fire water supply pipe, and including an extinguishing body having a plurality of nozzles mounted on a front side to downwardly spray water; an upper flame blocking unit including two or more horizontal cylinders and a foldable plate; and a case rotating cover mounted on the front side of the external case to open or close an opening hole, having a hinge unit mounted on a lower part, and having a coupling member mounted on an upper part to be switched and separated in accordance with whether the fire detector is operated or not.
본 발명은 건축물의 화재 확산 방지 외벽구조에 관한 것으로서, 층간과 층간의 사이에 위치한 벽면의 하부에 장착되고 화재를 감지하는 화재 감지기; 벽면의 외측면에 수평방향으로 간격을 두고 이격되게 배치되면서 고정구를 통해 결합되고, 내부에는 장착공간이 형성되며, 내측면에는 급수관 연결구가 장착되는 급수관 연결공이 형성되고, 외측면에는 개방구가 형성되는 외부 케이스; 상기 외부 케이스를 구성하는 장착공간의 하부에 배치되고, 상부 개방되면서 경사지게 형성되고 내부에는 케이스 장착공간이 형성되는 하부 슬라이드 케이스와 상기 하부 슬라이드 케이스의 케이스 장착공간에 수용되는 고체 왁스 및 상기 하부 슬라이드 케이스의 상부에 배치되며, 외부 케이스를 차단하는 케이스 커버의 개방시 자중을 통해 하부 슬라이드 케이스를 따라 하부방향으로 이동되며, 하부에는 하부 슬라이드 케이스의 케이스 장착공간에서 작동될 수 있도록 지지돌기가 형성되는 화염 차단막으로 구성되는 하부 화염 차단부; 상기 외부 케이스를 구성하는 장착공간의 중간에 배치되고, 상기 급수관 연결구와 소방 급수관이 연결되고, 전방에는 하부방향으로 물을 분사하는 복수개의 노즐이 장착되는 소화 본체로 구성되는 중간 소화부; 상기 외부 케이스를 구성하는 장착공간의 상부에 배치되면서 상기 화재 감지기의 작동신호에 따라 작동되며, 간격을 두고 두 개 이상 장착되는 수평 실린더와 일 단이 상기 외부 케이스의 내측면에 고정되고 타 단은 상기 수평 실린더의 로드에 결합되면서 연동작동되어 절첩작동하는 절첩판으로 구성되는 상부 화염 차단부; 및 상기 외부 케이스의 전방에 장착되어 상기 개방구를 개방 또는 폐쇄하며, 하부에는 힌지부가 장착되고, 상부에는 화재감지기의 작동 여부에 따라 스위치에 따라 분리되는 결합부재가 장착되는 케이스 회전 커버;를 포함한다.
