Material for reducing noise between floors
An objective of the present invention is to, through a flooring material for reducing floor noise, solve a problem of floor noise generated in a multistory building and strongly couple the flooring material to finishing mortar cement. According to the present invention, the flooring material for reducing floor noise comprises a main panel disposed on the upper part of a concrete slab and a cover panel coupled to the main panel by a coupling flange to form an air pocket. The air pocket is formed between a support block and a reinforcement block of the main panel and a supporting protrusion and a reinforcement protrusion of the cover panel. The reinforcement block of the main panel includes a horizontal mount part in an alternative manner to maintain the flooring material leveled. Accordingly, the air pocket formed between the main and cover panels absorbs noise, the flooring material can be installed to be leveled by using the horizontal mount part, and cement and the flooring material are strongly coupled in installation of mortar cement by a protrusion structure of the supporting and reinforcement protrusions of the cover panel, thereby providing an effect of preventing separation and breakage of the cement.
본 발명은 층간소음 바닥재를 통하여 복층건물에서 발생하는 층간소음의 문제점을 해결하고, 바닥재와 마감 몰탈 시멘트간의 견고한 결속을 이루는 것을 목적하는 것이다.즉 크리트 슬라브 상부에 놓이는 메인패널, 메인패널에 결합플렌지에 의하여 결합되어 에어포캣을 형성하는 덮개패널로 구비하고, 상기 에어포캣은 메인패널의 지지블록과 보강블록 및 덮개패널의 지지돌출구와 보강돌출구로 사이에 형성하도록 구비하고, 상기 메인패널의 보강블록에 교차적으로 바닥재의 수평을 유지하도록 하는 수평마운트부을 갖는 층간소음 바닥재를 제공하여, 메인패널과 덮개패널 사이에 형성된 에어포캣에 의하여 소음을 흡수하며, 수평마운트부를 활용하여 바닥재에 수평을 맞추어 시공이 가능하며, 덮개패널의 상부에 지지돌출구와 보강돌출구의 돌출구조에 의하여 몰탈 시멘트의 시공시에 시멘트와 바닥재와의 견고한 결합이 이루어져 시멘트의 이탈 및 파손을 방지하는 효과를 갖는 층간소음 바닥재에 관한 것이다.
