Disclosed are a water-permeable and elastic pavement material using cork as a main ingredient, and a pavement method using the same. The water-permeable and elastic pavement material using cork as a main ingredient comprises: a lower layer stacked on a substrate layer and composed of a mixture of 48-65 wt% of cork chips having an average particle diameter of 1-5 mm, 5-15 wt% of loess powder having an average particle diameter of 0.1-1 mm, 0.1-5 wt% of an ionomer having a melt index of 0.5-20 g/10 min, which is selected from a copolymer of ethylene and methacrylic acid and a copolymer of ethylene and acrylic acid, and 25-38 wt% of a binder; and an upper layer stacked on the lower layer and composed of a mixture of 92-97 wt% of an epoxy-mixed resin, 0.8-2.3 wt% of a dispersion defoamer, 0.5-5 wt% of a UV blocking agent, and 1-6 wt% of a brightener. The pavement material of the present invention has excellent wear resistance and can ensure tensile strength and water permeability.
코르크를 주재로 하는 투수 및 탄성 바닥포장재 및 이를 이용한 바닥 포장방법이 개시되어 있다. 이 중, 코르크를 주재로 하는 투수 및 탄성 바닥포장재는 기반층 상에 적층되며, 평균 입경이 1~5mm인 코르크 칩 48~65 중량%; 평균 입경이 0.1~1mm인 황토분말 주재 5~15 중량%; 에틸렌과 메타크릴산의 공중합체, 에틸렌과 아크릴산의 공중합체에서 선택되며 용융지수가 0.5~20g/10min인 이오노머 0.1~5중량%; 및 바인더 25~38 중량%가 혼합되어 이루어진 하층; 그리고, 하층의 상에 적층되며, 에폭시 혼합수지 92~97 중량％, 분산 소포제 0.8~2.3 중량％, UV차단제 0.5~5 중량％; 및 광택제 1~6 중량％가 혼합되어 이루어진 상층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
