The present invention relates to a functional waterproof paint composition having excellent permeability, interfacial adhesion, and high waterproof performance, and a waterproof method of a concrete structure using the same. The functional waterproof paint composition of the present invention comprises a functional binder and a function-improving admixture. The functional binder of the present invention includes sericite, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, titanium oxide, sepiolite, bauxite, and sodium carbonate. The function-improving admixture includes acryl-epoxy copolymer, methylacrylate-acrylonitrile copolymer, methylmethacrylate-vinylidene chloride copolymer, methylmethacrylate-butadiene copolymer, polyacrylic acid, sulfonate (C1-6 alkyl)ester and a pigment. The functional binder is mixed with tetraethoxysilane and isophorone diamine at a weight ratio of 1 : 0.5 to 1 : 1 to 5, and then is mixed with the function-improving admixture, thereby having excellent permeability, interfacial adhesion, and high waterproof performance.
본 발명은 기능성 결합재 및 기능개선 혼화제를 포함하고, 상기 기능성 결합재는 견운모, 탄산칼슘, 수산화알루미늄, 산화티탄, 세피올라이트, 보크사이트 및 탄산나트륨을 포함하고, 상기 기능개선 혼화제는 아크릴-에폭시 공중합체, 메틸아크릴레이트-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 메틸메타크릴레이트-염화비닐리덴 공중합체, 메틸메타크릴레이트-부타디엔 공중합체, 폴리아크릴산, 설포네이트 (C1-6 알킬)에스테르 및 안료를 포함하고, 상기 기능성 결합재는 테트라에톡시씰란 및 이소포론디아민과 1: 0.5 내지 1: 1 내지 5의 중량비율로 혼합한 후, 상기 기능개선 혼화제와 혼합됨으로써, 우수한 침투성, 계면 접착성 및 고방수 성능을 갖는 기능성 방수 도료 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 방수공법에 관한 것이다.
