FORMING MOLD FOR TILE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TILE USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a forming mold for a tile, in which the tile with inlay patterns can be manufactured, and to a tile manufacturing method using the same. The tile manufacturing method comprises: a coloring step of coloring a coloring mixture on a pattern engraved on a forming surface of the forming mold; an object forming step of forming an object by injecting a forming product into the forming mold; a first firing step for first firing the molded object; a coating step of coating a coating composition on the fired object; and a second firing step of firing the coated object, wherein the coloring mixture consists of: any one of white clay, kaolin or glaze; and coloring pigments.
본 명세서에 개시된 내용은 상감 문양이 채색된 타일의 제조가 가능한 타일용 성형몰드 및 이를 이용한 타일 제조방법의 제공에 관한 것이다. 본 명세서에 개시된 내용의 일 실시예에 따르면, 타일제조방법은 성형몰드의 성형면에 새겨진 문양에 채색혼합물을 채색하는 채색단계, 상기 성형몰드에 성형물을 주입하여 기물을 성형하는 기물성형단계, 성형된 상기 기물을 초벌 소성하는 초벌소성단계, 소성된 상기 기물에 코팅조성물을 코팅하는 코팅단계 및 코팅된 상기 기물을 재벌 소성하는 재벌소성단계를 포함하고, 상기 채색혼합물은 백토, 자토 또는 유약 중 어느 하나와 채색안료로 이루어진다.
