The present invention relates to a space frame. The space frame comprises: a connection ball having a plurality of coupling holes formed on the outer surface thereof; a member wherein cones of a conic shape having a penetration hole therein are arranged on both opened sides of a connection pipe; a connection bolt wherein one end thereof with a screw unit protrudes to the outside through the penetration hole of the cone, the protruding outer circumferential surface thereof forms a body unit having a polygonal circumference, and a head unit arranged on the other end thereof is rotatably arranged while being stopped on the inner surface of the cone; a sleeve having a hollow space with a polygonal circumference corresponding to the body unit of the connection bolt, and forming an integrally connected state with the connection bolt while the protruding one end of the connection bolt is inserted into the hollow space; and a protection device to enclose the sleeve and block and protect the sleeve from the outside. According to the present invention, since the sleeve for rotation of the connection bolt can be protected from external environmental factors by the protection device, corrosion of the sleeve can be prevented and corrosion of components connected to the sleeve can also be prevented.
본 발명은 스페이스 프레임에 관한 것으로, 외주면에 다수의 체결홀이 형성된 연결볼; 내측에 관통홀을 갖는 원뿔형의 콘이 연결파이프의 개방된 양측에 제각기 마련되는 멤버; 나사부가 형성된 일단이 상기 콘의 상기 관통홀을 통해 외부로 돌출되고, 돌출된 외주면이 다각형의 둘레를 갖는 몸체부를 이루며, 타단에 마련되는 헤드부가 상기 콘의 내측면에 걸리는 상태로, 회전가능하게 구비되는 연결볼트; 상기 연결볼트의 몸체부에 대응하는 다각형의 둘레를 갖는 중공이 마련되고, 상기 연결볼트의 돌출된 일단이 상기 중공에 삽입되면서 상기 연결볼트와 일체적으로 연결된 상태를 이루는 슬리브; 및 상기 슬리브를 감싸는 형태로 마련되고, 상기 슬리브를 외부로부터 차단하여 보호하는 보호장치;를 포함하여 구성된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 보호장치를 통해 연결볼트의 회전을 위한 슬리브를 외부환경 요인으로부터 보호할 수 있기 때문에 슬리브의 부식을 방지할 수 있는 것은 물론, 이와 연결된 구성들의 부식을 방지할 수도 있다.
The present invention relates to a space frame.
