The present invention relates to an eco-friendly functional filling chip used in artificial turf construction and a long pile and short pile artificial turf construction structure using the same. The filling chip according to an embodiment of the present invention, as the filling chip applied to the artificial turf construction, comprises: 65 to 80 wt% of polyurethane; 10 to 20 wt% of ocher powder; and 1 to 4 wt% of a hollow sphere shaped heat exchange material. In addition, the present invention is configured with an artificial turf ocher powder filling material construction structure which provides a comfortable environment with far-infrared rays, sterilization, and deodorization of a functional filling material, and is excellent in sliding property and ball bound by using a spherical type PS ball, thereby improving game performance.
본 발명은 인조잔디 시공에 사용되는 친환경 기능성 충진칩과 이를 이용한 롱 파일 및 숏 파일 인조잔디 시공구조에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 충진칩은, 인조잔디 시공에 적용되는 충진칩으로서, 폴리우레탄 65 내지 80 중량%, 황토분말 10 내지 20 중량% 및 속이 빈 구 형상의 열교환재 1 내지 4 중량%를 포함한다. 또한, 본 발명은 기능성 충진재의 원적외선, 살균, 탈취로 쾌적한 환경을 제공하고 구립형 피에스 볼로 슬라이딩성과 볼 바운드가 우수해 경기성을 향상시키는 인조잔디 황토칩 충진재 시공 구조로 형성된다.
