A supporting pole system for the installation of road facilities
The present invention relates to a supporting unit for the installation of a road facility. More specifically, in order to prevent the sagging of a cross beam fixed to the top of a pillar installed vertically on a road side, a connector for connecting the pillar and the cross beam through a wire is fixed to the pillar and the cross beam through a coupling. Therefore, thermal deformation caused by welding can be prevented to enhance durability and workability, thereby increasing productivity and enabling easy installation. According to the present invention, the supporting unit comprises: a fixing part installed horizontally on a hollow pillar erected on a road to form coupling holes on one lateral side of the pillar and the upper side of a hollow cross beam on which a road facility is installed; a connection part forming a bolt inserted into the coupling holes of the fixing part and forming a spiral hole in the bottom of a connector to be coupled with the bolt in order to connect each connector through a wire to control tension; and a coupling part forming a storage protrusion, which can store the head of the bolt of the connection part, at an end of a coupling rod to insert the coupling rod into the inside of the cross beam and the hollow pillar of the fixing part and insert the bolt into the coupling holes to couple the connector.
본 발명은 도로시설물 설치용 지주장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도로변에 수직으로 설치되는 지주의 상단에 고정되는 가로보의 처짐을 방지하기 위하여 지주와 가로보를 와이어를 통하여 연결하기 위한 연결구를 지주와 가로보에 체결에 의해 고정함으로써 용접에 의한 열변형을 방지하여 내구성을 향상시키고 작업성을 향상시켜 생산성의 향상 및 설치를 용이하게 할 수 있는 도로시설물 설치용 지주장치에 관한 것이다. 상기의 본 발명은 도로에 직립설치되는 중공된 지주에 수평방향으로 설치되어 도로시설물이 설치되는 중공의 가로보의 상측면과 지주의 일측면에 체결공을 형성한 고정부와, 상기 고정부의 체결공에 삽입되는 볼트를 형성하고 상기 볼트에 체결되도록 연결구의 하단에 나선홀을 형성하여 각 연결구를 와이어로 연결하여 장력을 조절하는 연결부와, 상기 연결부의 볼트이 머리를 수용할 수 있는 수용턱을 체결봉의 단부에 형성하여 상기 고정부의 중공 된 지주와 가로보의 내경에 체결봉을 삽입하고 체결공에 볼트를 삽입하여 연결구를 체결하도록 형성한 체결부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a supporting unit for the installation of a road facility.
