The present invention relates to a micro-pile with an expandable head anchor, which is capable of easily and firmly mounting an upper end of the micro-pile inside a core hole of base concrete by having a first expansion wing and a second expansion wing of the expandable head anchor, engaged with an upper end of the main body of the micro-pile, inserted into the core hole of the base concrete, and expanded towards the outside. According to the present invention, the micro-pile with the expandable head anchor comprises: the main body of the micro-pile having a spiral bump protruding from an outer circumferential surface; and the expandable head anchor engaged with an upper end of the main body of the micro-pile to be mounted inside the core hole of the base concrete. The expandable head anchor includes: a lower support nut engaged by a screw with the main body of the micro-pile; the first expansion wing placed on an upper side of the lower support nut, having a first slot hole formed in the center, penetrated by the main body of the micro-pile, and having a first sliding surface formed on an upper surface to be inclined in the sliding direction; the second expansion wing placed on an upper side of the first expansion wing, having a second slot hole formed in the center, being penetrated by the main body of the micro-pile, also having a second sliding surface formed on a lower surface to be inclined and correspond to the first sliding surface on the first expansion wing; and an upper pressurizing nut engaged by a screw with the main body of the micro-pile on an upper side of the second expansion wing to slide towards the outside and fix the positions of the first expansion wing and the second expansion wing, both in the expanded status.

본 발명은 마이크로파일 본체 상단에 결합되는 확장형 두부 정착구의 제1, 2확장윙이 기초콘크리트의 코어홀 내부에 삽입된 후 외측으로 확장되어 마이크로파일 상단을 기초콘크리트의 코어홀 내에 쉽고 견고하게 정착할 수 있는 확장형 두부 정착구가 구비된 마이크로파일에 대한 것이다. 본 발명은 외주면에 나선형 돌기가 돌출 형성된 마이크로파일 본체 및 상기 마이크로파일 본체의 상단에 결합되어 기초콘크리트의 코어홀 내부에 정착되는 확장형 두부 정착구로 구성되되, 상기 확장형 두부 정착구는, 상기 마이크로파일 본체에 나사 결합되는 하부지지너트; 상기 하부지지너트의 상부에 구비되는 것으로 중앙에 마이크로파일 본체가 관통되는 제1슬롯홀이 형성되고, 상면은 슬라이딩 이동 방향으로 경사지게 형성된 제1슬라이딩면인 제1확장윙; 상기 제1확장윙의 상부에 구비되는 것으로 중앙에 마이크로파일 본체가 관통되는 제2슬롯홀이 형성되고, 하면은 상기 제1확장윙의 제1슬라이딩면과 대응되도록 경사지게 형성된 제2슬라이딩면인 제2확장윙; 및 상기 제2확장윙의 상부에서 마이크로파일 본체에 나사 결합되는 것으로, 외측으로 슬라이딩 이동하여 확장된 상태의 제1확장윙 및 제2확장윙의 위치를 고정하는 상부가압너트; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
