SYSTEM FOR CONSTRUCTING UNDERGROUND CONDUIT AND SHIELD METHOD FOR TWO-SPAN UNDERGROUND CONDUIT USING THIS
The present invention relates to an underground pipeline construction system and a heterogeneous shield method using the same, which can stably reduce or increase a predetermined diameter of an underground pipeline without replacing a construction system when the underground pipeline is constructed from a start side to an arrival side. To this end, the underground pipeline construction system of the present invention comprises: a drilling unit which drills a natural ground on the front by rotation; a shield container unit which is detachably coupled to the drilling unit; at least two propelling jack units which are arranged to be spaced apart on an inner circumferential surface of the shield container unit, and provide propulsion to the driving unit and the shield container unit; and a connecting jack unit which connects the driving unit to the shield container unit in a mutually detachable manner. Moreover, a side surface bit of the driving unit and an expansion shield cover of the shield container unit can make a reciprocating movement corresponding to a predetermined diameter of a drilled hole which is changed.
본 발명은 발진측으로부터 도달측까지 지하관로를 구축함에 있어서, 구축시스템의 교체없이 지하관로의 설정직경을 안정되게 축소 또는 확장시킬 수 있도록 하는 지하관로 구축시스템과 이것을 이용한 이종실드공법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 지하관로 구축시스템은 회전에 의해 전방의 지산을 굴진하는 굴진유닛과, 굴진유닛에 탈부착 가능하게 결합되는 실드통유닛과, 둘 이상이 실드통유닛의 내주면에 이격 배치되고 굴진유닛과 실드통유닛에 추진력을 제공하는 추진잭유닛 및 굴진유닛과 실드통유닛을 상호 탈부착 가능하게 연결하는 연결잭유닛을 포함하며, 굴진유닛의 측면비트와 실드통유닛의 확장실드커버는 변경되는 굴착공의 설정직경에 대응하여 왕복 이동되도록 한다.
