Grouting method using activated silicate
The present invention relates to a grouting construction method using an active silicate chemical solution and, more specifically, to a grouting construction method comprising the steps of: I) preparing an aqueous sodium silicate solution by mixing 30 to 60 vol% of water glass and 40 to 70 vol% of water; II) obtaining an active silicate chemical solution by mixing the aqueous sodium silicate solution and carbonated water in the weight ratio of 5 : 1 to 10 : 1; and III) mixing the active silicate chemical solution and an aqueous cement solution in the volume ratio of 1 : 1 to spray-inject and gelatinize the same into the ground.
본 발명은 활성 실리케이트 약액을 이용한 그라우팅 시공방법에 관한 것으로, I) 30~60 부피%의 물유리와 40~70 부피%의 물을 혼합하여 규산소다 수용액을 준비하는 단계; II) 상기 규산소다 수용액과 탄산수를 5:1 내지 10:1의 중량비로 배합하여 활성 실리케이트 약액을 얻는 단계; 및 III) 상기 활성 실리케이트 약액과 시멘트 수용액을 1:1의 부피비로 혼합하여 지반 내로 분사주입 및 겔화시키는 단계;를 포함하는 그라우팅 시공방법을 제공한다.
