The present invention relates to a top-down emergency evacuation device installed on a slab dividing an upper floor and a lower floor. Specifically, the top-down emergency evacuation device enables an evacuee to safely and rapidly evacuate to the lower floor by being automatically spread downward by an external electric signal which is input by a switch, a fire alarm and the like. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the top-down emergency evacuation device is installed on the slab dividing the upper floor and the lower floor and enables the evacuee on the upper floor to move to the lower floor through an evacuation path as the evacuation path is spread downward in an emergency. The top-down emergency evacuation device includes: a frame fixed to a through hole formed on the slab; the evacuation path having an opening unit on a side of a lower end and folded when the lower end is pulled upward, wherein an upper end of the evacuation path is fixed to the frame and the lower end is closed; a cover opening and closing the frame; and a locking unit locking the folded evacuation path in order for the evacuation path to be unfolded downward as locking is released.
본 발명은 위층과 아래층을 구획하는 바닥(Slab)에 설치되는 하향식 비상대피기구에 관한 것으로서, 특히 화재경보기 및 스위치 등에서 입력된 외부 전기적신호에 의해 자동으로 아래 방향으로 펼쳐져 대피자가 안전하고 신속하게 아래층으로 대피가 가능하도록 구성한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 위층과 아래층을 구획하는 슬래브에 장착되며 비상시에 하향으로 탈출로가 펼쳐져 위층의 대피자가 탈출로를 통해 아래층으로 이동할 수 있게 구성된 하향식 비상대피기구로서, 슬래브에 형성된 관통공에 고정되는 프레임과, 상단은 프레임에 고정되고 하단은 폐쇄되며 하단 측부에 개방부가 형성되고 하단을 상향으로 끌어올리면 접철되는 탈출로와, 프레임을 개폐하는 덮개와, 잠금 해제됨에 따라 탈출로가 하향으로 펼쳐질 수 있게 접철된 탈출로를 잠금하는 잠금부를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a top-down emergency evacuation device installed on a slab dividing an upper floor and a lower floor.
