The present invention relates to a valve chamber added with corrosion, freezing, and condensation prevention functions. The valve chamber of the present invention comprises: a valve chamber body (100); a solar power generation device (200); a capacitor charging/discharging device (300); an electrical corrosion prevention device (400); and a heating device (500), wherein the valve chamber body (100) comprises a side wall (110), an upper wall (120), and a bottom wall (130), and the capacitor charging/discharging device (300) comprises a plurality of super capacitor storage devices (310), a DC/DC converter (330), a power controller (340), and a monitoring device (350). According to the present invention, the corrosion of a valve chamber and valves installed inside the valve chamber is prevented, thereby reducing maintenance costs of the valve chamber and pipe.
본 발명은 상부에 맨홀이 설치된 밸브실 본체(100)의 양측 하부에 지중매설관(10)이 연결 설치되는 출입관(20)이 설치되고, 밸브실 본체 내측의 양측 출입관(20) 사이에는 지중매설관 내측을 흐르는 유체의 흐름을 개폐하는 밸브(30)가 연결 설치되는 밸브실에 있어서, 상기 밸브실 본체(100)는 측벽(110)과, 상기 측벽의 상단에 설치는 상부벽(120)과, 상기 측벽의 하단에 설치되는 바닥벽(130)을 포함하며, 상기 측벽(110)과 상기 상부벽(120)과 바닥벽(130) 중의 적어도 하나는 철판(140)으로 형성하며, 상기 철판(140)의 부식을 방지하기 위하여 상기 철판(140)의 양면을 다층필름(150)으로 피복하거나, 에폭시 또는 폴리우레아가 도포되는 부식방지층(160)이 형성되고, 상기 밸브실 본체(100)가 매설된 외부 지면에 태양광을 이용하여 태양광 전기에너지(210)을 생산하는 태양광 발전장치(200)를 구비하며,상기 태양광 발전장치(200)를 통하여 생산된 태양광 전기 에너지(210)을 충전하거나 필요에 따라 방전하는 캐패시터 충.방전 장치(300)와, 상기 밸브실의 철판(140) 및 관로의 부식을 방지하기 상기 캐패시터 충.방전 장치(300)에 출전된 전기에너지를 상기 밸브실의 철판(140)에 공급하여 철판의 부식을 전기적으로 억제하는 전기 부식방지장치(400)가 더 구비되고, 상기 태양광 전기 에너지(210) 또는 캐패시터 충.방전 장치(230)에 충전된 전기에너지를 사용하여 밸브실 본체(100) 내부의 부식방지층(160)에 부착되어 가온하는 가온 장치(500)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지와 동파 및 결로 방지 기능이 부가된 밸브실을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to a valve chamber added with corrosion, freezing, and condensation prevention functions. The valve chamber of the present invention comprises: a valve chamber body (100); a solar power generation device (200); a capacitor charging/discharging device (300); an electrical corrosion prevention device (400); and a heating device (500), wherein the valve chamber body (100) comprises a side wall (110), an upper wall (120), and a bottom wall (130), and the capacitor charging/discharging device (300) comprises a plurality of super capacitor storage devices (310), a DC/DC converter (330), a power controller (340), and a monitoring device (350). 본 발명은 상부에 맨홀이 설치된 밸브실 본체(100)의 양측 하부에 지중매설관(10)이 연결 설치되는 출입관(20)이 설치되고, 밸브실 본체 내측의 양측 출입관(20) 사이에는 지중매설관 내측을 흐르는 유체의 흐름을 개폐하는 밸브(30)가 연결 설치되는 밸브실에 있어서, 상기 밸브실 본체(100)는 측벽(110)과, 상기 측벽의 상단에 설치는 상부벽(120)과, 상기 측벽의 하단에 설치되는 바닥벽(130)을 포함하며, 상기 측벽(110)과 상기 상부벽(120)과 바닥벽(130) 중의 적어도 하나는 철판(140)으로 형성하며, 상기 철판(140)의 부식을 방지하기 위하여 상기 철판(140)의 양면을 다층필름(150)으로 피복하거나, 에폭시 또는 폴리우레아가 도포되는 부식방지층(160)이 형성되고, 상기 밸브실 본체(100)가 매설된 외부 지면에 태양광을 이용하여 태양광 전기에너지(210)을 생산하는 태양광 발전장치(200)를 구비하며,상기 태양광 발전장치(200)를 통하여 생산된 태양광 전기 에너지(210)을 충전하거나 필요에 따라 방전하는 캐패시터 충.방전 장치(300)와, 상기 밸브실의 철판(140) 및 관로의 부식을 방지하기 상기 캐패시터 충.방전 장치(300)에 출전된 전기에너지를 상기 밸브실의 철판(140)에 공급하여 철판의 부식을 전기적으로 억제하는 전기 부식방지장치(400)가 더 구비되고, 상기 태양광 전기 에너지(210) 또는 캐패시터 충.방전 장치(230)에 충전된 전기에너지를 사용하여 밸브실 본체(100) 내부의 부식방지층(160)에 부착되어 가온하는 가온 장치(500)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지와 동파 및 결로 방지 기능이 부가된 밸브실을 특징으로 한다.
