The present invention relates to a lock-free handle assembly for manually performing locking and unlocking, and more particularly, to a lock-free handle assembly for manually performing locking and unlocking that uses a gear ratio and secures more locking dimensions even at a small handle angle to facilitate locking and unlocking, eccentrically arranges a central axis of a gear to minimize the height of a striker, is designed to perform a slide operation inside a window frame rather than in a handle body so that the height of the handle body can be designed as slim as possible, shares a lock pin part with other types of handles to improve productivity, assemblability and efficiency, and performs locking and unlocking according to a user choice only when necessary, to increase convenience in use.
본 발명은 잠금과 풀림이 수동으로 이루어지는 무락형 핸들 조립체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 기어비를 이용하여 작은 핸들 각도로도 더 많은 걸림치수를 확보할 수 있어 잠금과 풀림을 용이하게 하며, 기어의 중심축을 편심되게 배치할 수 있어 스트라이커의 높이를 최대한 줄일 수 있고, 슬라이드 동작이 핸들 바디가 아닌 창짝 안쪽에서 이루어지도록 설계하여 핸들 바디의 높이를 최대한 슬림하게 설계할 수 있으며, 록핀 부분은 다른 핸들 타입과 공용화시킬 수 있어 생산성, 조립성, 효율성을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라, 필요시에만 잠금과 풀림이 사용자의 선택에 따라 이루어지도록 하여 사용상 편의성을 증대시킨 잠금과 풀림이 수동으로 이루어지는 무락형 핸들 조립체에 관한 것이다.
