The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sandwich panel and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a sandwich panel, capable of minimizing deformation or distortion due to an external factor such as physical power or thermal energy by installing a reinforcing unit in a connection unit of a prefabricated panel used for construction. Specifically, the method for manufacturing a sandwich panel can largely improve safety and structural rigidity by minimizing the deformation due to thermal expansion pressure of air or thermal deformation caused by increase of indoor temperature when a fire breaks out. The method for manufacturing a sandwich panel can prevent a fire from spreading and minimize damage due to the fire. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a sandwich panel can minimize disadvantages by supplementing the disadvantages while strengthening advantages of a construction panel such as a sandwich panel by simplifying a structure thereof and providing sufficient strength. Therefore, the method for manufacturing a sandwich panel can improve reliability and competitiveness in the fields of construction and construction material and, specifically in the fields of insulation panels including the sandwich panel and a similar or related field including other types of construction panels.
본 발명은 샌드위치패널 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 건축용으로 사용되는 조립식 패널의 결합부에 보강부를 구성함으로써, 물리적 힘이나 열에너지 등의 외부요인에 의한 변형이나 비틀림 등의 발생을 최소화할 수 있도록 한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 화재발생시 실내온도 상승에 의한 열변형이나 공기의 열팽창 압력에 의한 변형 등을 최소화함으로써, 구조적 강도 및 안전성을 크게 향상시킬 수 있으며, 이를 통해 화재 발생시 화재의 확산을 방지하고, 화재로 인한 피해를 최소화할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 본 발명은 그 구조를 단순화하면서도 충분한 강도를 제공할 수 있도록 함으로써, 샌드위치패널 등의 건축용 패널이 갖는 장점은 살리면서, 단점은 보완하여 최소화할 수 있다. 따라서, 건축 분야 및 건축자재 분야, 특히 샌드위치패널을 포함하는 단열패널분야는 물론, 각종 건축용 패널을 포함하는 유사 내지 연관된 분야에서, 신뢰성 및 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다.
