The present invention relates to a buried rotation attachment and detachment fixing support apparatus for a bridge inspection facility, capable of allowing a worker to accurately and conveniently modify and adjust a fastening position of a fixing support without difficulties, by enabling the adjustment of the strength of magnetic force through rotation of a magnet module, and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the buried rotation attachment and detachment fixing support apparatus for a bridge inspection facility comprises: a support body having a single or a plurality of magnet module chambers; a rotation control plate; a magnet fixing plate; and a fixing support.

본 발명은 교량 점검시설용 매립형 회전 탈부착 고정 지지장치 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 교각에 별도의 앵커볼트를 후매립형으로 설치하지 않고 교각의 콘크리트 타설작업시 철재거푸집에 대해 강력한 자력이 발휘되어 부착고정되는 고정지지대가 철재거푸집과의 부착위치 변경이 필요할 경우 자석모듈의 회전이동을 통한 자력의 강약 조절이 가능하여 작업자가 어려움없이 고정지지대의 결속위치를 정확하고 편리하게 수정 조절할 수 있다. 이를 구현하는 기술적 수단으로 교각의 콘크리트 타설시 철재거푸집 대해 자력으로 부착 고정되어 교각 내부에 위치하게 되면서 외측은 개방되고 상기 교각쪽으로 내측이 돌출 밀폐된 자석모듈챔버가 단일 또는 다수 형성된 지지대본체와, 상기 자석모듈챔버에 대해 개방된 외측에서 삽입되어 중앙의 축체결공을 통해 외측으로는 중심회전축이 결속되면서 반대편 교각쪽으로부터 모듈회전볼트가 체결되고 상기 모듈회전볼트의 회전동작시 상기 중심회전축과 함께 전후 이동되면서 간격 이동되는 회전조절판과, 상기 회전조절판 외측으로 나사결합되면서 다수의 자석결속홈이 요홈 형성되어 강력한 자력을 발휘하는 다수의 영구자석이 각각 상기 자석결속홈에 나사결합되는 자석고정판과, 교량점검대 설치작업시 발판지지대의 단부인 고정브래킷을 볼트결합시키기 위한 볼트수단이 체결되면서 콘크리트 타설시 양생되는 교각에 대해 견고하게 고정 지지되도록 상기 지지대본체에 관통된 볼트체결공 위치에서 교각 내부쪽으로 돌출된 볼트결합봉을 기본적으로 포함하여 철재거푸집에 자력 부착되는 고정지지대가 구성된다.
