The present invention relates to a concrete structure cutter using a diamond wire saw. The present invention is to solve a problem of an existing diamond wire saw and an existing concrete saw having a diamond blade. To this end, a first mounting unit (22), a second mounting unit (24), and a third mounting unit (30) are formed on the edges and inner side of a round wheel (12), and a tensile coil spring (26) and a nipple (28) are fixed to both ends of a diamond wire saw (20). Then, the diamond wire saw (20) is detachably installed on the inner side and the circumferential surface of the round wheel (12), so that a concrete structure cutter using the diamond wire saw has excellent workability, cutting performance, and safety and can extend average time of failure intervals. Therefore, the concrete structure cutter using the diamond wire saw can largely reduce maintenance costs and perform excellent operation reliability.
본 발명은 다이아몬드 와이어 쏘를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 절단기에 관한 것으로 종래 다이아몬드 와이어 쏘와 다이아몬드 블레이드를 가진 콘크리트 쏘의 제반 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 원형휠(12)의 테두리와 내측에 제1장착부(22)와 제2장착부(24) 및 제3장착부(30)를 형성하고, 인장코일스프링(26)과 니플(28)이 양단부에 고정된 다이아몬드 와이어 쏘(20)를 상기 원형휠(12)의 주면과 내측에 착탈 가능하게 장착한 것이어서 절삭성과 안전성 및 작업성이 매우 우수하고, 고장 간격 평균시간을 연장시켜 주어서 유지 보수비용을 크게 절감시켜 줄 수 있으며, 작동신뢰성이 매우 우수한 장점을 발휘한다.
