The present invention relates to a mortar sleeve for connecting PC reinforcing bars and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the mortar sleeve for connecting PC reinforcing bars includes: a corrugated part formed with a hollow therein; and a body part surrounding the corrugated part, thereby solving a problem of cracks generated around the sleeve for connecting reinforcing bars due to a thermal deformation difference between a sleeve body and mortar and volume expansion caused by verdigris generation.
본 발명은 피씨 철근 연결용 몰탈 슬리브 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것로, 내부에 중공이 형성된 주름부; 및 상기 주름부를 감싸는 몸체부; 를 포함하는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 슬리브몸체와 모르타르의 열변형 차이 및 녹청발생으로 인한 부피팽창으로 인하여 철근 연결용 슬리브의 주위에 크랙이 생기는 문제를 해결할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
