GRATING MOUNTING STRUCTURE
According to the present invention, a fixture for grating coupling, capable of increasing working efficiency by enabling a sole worker to handle a job, which is conventionally handled by a pair of two people, since a grating can be fixed to a structure only through the tightening of a nut located in the upper part of a fixing clip. According to the present invention, since a fixing clip is fixed to the upper part of a grating and a fixing member is attached to the lower part of a structure to couple the fixing clip and the fixing member with a nut, the structure and the coupling process are simple, and thus, costs for manufacturing can be reasonable and working efficiency can be increased. Moreover, since a connection part of the fixing member is located on a cut part of a plate, a curved part of the fixing clip and the fixing member fix the grating and the structure in perpendicular directions, thereby fixing the grating stably to the structure.
본 발명은 고정클립의 상부에 위치되는 너트의 조임만으로도 그레이팅을 구조물에 고정시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 종래의 작업시 2인 1조로 작업하는 부분을 작업자 혼자 가능하므로 작업의 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 하는 그레이팅 결합용 고정구를 제공한다. 본 발명은 그레이팅의 상측에 고정클립이 고정되고, 구조물의 하부에 고정부재가 밀착되도록 하여 너트에 의해 고정클립과 고정부재가 결합되도록 함으로써 구조 및 결합공정이 간단하기 때문에 제작 단가가 저렴하고, 작업의 효율성을 높일 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다. 그리고, 고정부재의 연결부가 플레이트의 절개부 상에 위치되도록 함으로써 고정클립의 절곡부와 고정부재가 수직되는 방향으로 그레이팅 및 구조물을 고정하기 때문에 구조물에 그레이팅이 안정적으로 고정될 수 있도록 하는 효과가 있다.
