Disclosed is a concrete curing apparatus used in winter with improved heating efficiency. The disclosed concrete curing apparatus used in winter with improved heating efficiency comprises: a curing protection shield module; a chamber forming panel unit including a first chamber forming panel unit and a second chamber forming panel unit; a plurality of hot air injection nozzle units installed in the first chamber forming panel unit and the second chamber forming panel unit, respectively; a plurality of steam injection nozzle units installed in the first chamber forming panel unit and the second chamber forming panel unit, respectively; and a steam and hot air generator. According to the present invention, the heating efficiency of a concrete structure is improved, thereby rapidly and efficiently heating and curing the concrete structure.
가열효율이 향상된 동절기 콘크리트 양생장치가 개시된다. 개시된 가열효율이 향상된 동절기 콘크리트 양생장치는 동절기 양생할 콘크리트 구조물 내에 열풍을 공급하여 가열보온 양생하기 위한 콘크리트 양생장치에 있어서, 상기 콘크리트 구조물 외부를 덮어 보양하는 보양막모듈; 상기 콘크리트 구조물 측벽과 소정간격 이격되게 설치되어 상기 콘크리트 구조물 측벽과의 사이에 열풍 및 고온증기가 채워지는 제1가열챔버를 형성시키는 제1챔버형성판넬부와, 상기 콘크리트 구조물 천정과 소정간격 이격되게 설치되어 상기 콘크리트 구조물 천정과 사이에 열풍 및 고온증기가 채워지는 제2가열챔버를 형성시키는 제2챔버형성판넬부를 포함하도록 구성된 챔버형성판넬부; 상기 제1챔버형성판넬부 및 상기 제2챔버형성판넬부에 각각 설치되어 상기 제1가열챔버와 상기 제2가열챔버에 열풍을 분사하여 공급하는 복수의 열풍분사노즐유닛; 상기 제1챔버형성판넬부 및 상기 제2챔버형성판넬부에 각각 설치되어 상기 제1가열챔버와 상기 제2가열챔버에 고온증기를 분사하여 공급하는 복수의 증기분사노즐유닛; 열풍 및 고온증기를 생성하고, 상기 복수의 열풍분사노즐유닛 각각에 열풍을 공급하고, 상기 복수의 증기분사노즐유닛 각각에 고온증기를 공급하는 증기 및 열풍생성기;를 포함하도록 구성되어, 상기 증기 및 열풍생성기로부터 생성된 열풍 및 고온증기가 상기 복수의 열풍분사노즐유닛 및 상기 복수의 증기분사노즐유닛을 통해 분사되어 상기 제1가열챔버와 상기 제2가열챔버에 채워짐으로써 상기 콘크리트 구조물의 가열 보온양생이 이루어지도록 구성될 수 있다.

Disclosed is a concrete curing apparatus used in winter with improved heating efficiency. The disclosed concrete curing apparatus used in winter with improved heating efficiency comprises: a curing protection shield module; a chamber forming panel unit including a first chamber forming panel unit and a second chamber forming panel unit; a plurality of hot air injection nozzle units installed in the first chamber forming panel unit and the second chamber forming panel unit, respectively; a plurality of steam injection nozzle units installed in the first chamber forming panel unit and the second chamber forming panel unit, respectively; and a steam and hot air generator. According to the present invention, the heating efficiency of a concrete structure is improved, thereby rapidly and efficiently heating and curing the concrete structure.
