Safety binding device for double floor structure
The present invention relates to a safe binding device for a double floor structure, which enables simple and reliable construction, thereby increasing workability. The safe binding device for a double floor structure is provided to form the double floor structure by binding a grating panel and an upper plate, wherein the grating panel includes a body having a frame shape of a certain thickness, fixed to and supported by a facility, and having a space portion vertically formed therethrough; and a plurality of grid pieces coupled to inner peripheral surface of the body and dividing the space portion of the body into a plurality of divided spaces, and the upper plate is composed of a plate-like body having a plurality of through-holes vertically formed therethrough and stacked on the upper surface of the grating panel. The safe binding device for the double floor structure comprises: a binding body including a pair of support pieces at both ends thereof, wherein the support pieces are configured to support the bottom surfaces of the grid pieces as passing through fixing holes, the fixing hole being formed vertically through a position of the upper plate vertically corresponding to the divided spaces, and said divided spaces; and a binding rod provided to pass through the divided spaces and the fixing holes at the center of the binding body, coupled to the binding body, and including a support element provided at a portion thereof to be close to or apart from the binding body while supporting upper boundary portion surfaces of the fixing holes, and a hook provided at the lower end thereof to hook and fix the binding body freely falling, wherein the hook is screwed to the lower end of the binding rod.
본 발명은, 시공작업이 간편하고 안정적으로 이루어져 작업성이 향상되도록; 두께를 가지고 상기 시설물에 고정 지지되며 내부에 상하로 관통된 공간부를 가지는 '틀' 형상을 가지는 몸체와 상기 몸체의 내주면에 결합되며 상기 몸체의 공간부를 다수의 분할공간들로 구획분할하는 다수의 격자편들을 가지는 그레이팅패널과; 상기 그레이팅패널의 상부면에 적층되면서 안치되며 상하로 관통된 다수의 통공들을 가지는 '판(板;plate)' 형상의 '판체'로 이루어지는 상판;을 결속하여 이중바닥구조물을 형성하도록 된 이중바닥구조물의 안전결속장치에 있어서; 양단에 상기 분할공간에 대하여 수직상으로 일치하는 상기 상판의 일위치에 수직상으로 관통되는 고정공과 상기 분할공간을 관통하면서 상기 격자편들의 저면을 지지하도록 된 한 쌍의 지지편들을 가지는 결속본체와; 상기 결속본체의 중앙에서 상기 분할공간과 상기 고정공을 관통하도록 구비되며 일부위에 상기 고정공의 상면테두리부위를 지지하며 상기 결속본체에 대하여 근접 및 이격되도록 구비된 지지체를 가지고 상기 결속본체와 결합하도록 되고 하단에는 자유낙하하는 상기 결속본체를 걸림고정하도록 된 걸고리가 구비된 결속봉;을 포함하여 이루어지되; 상기 걸고리는, 상기 결속봉의 하단에 나사체결되어 결합되는 이중바닥구조물의 안전결속장치를 제공한다.
