The present invention relates to a window frame with an earthquake resistance function, which comprises: both ends which are bent to be overlapped with each other in a layered structure; an internal frame which is located in the structure to have an engagement groove; an internal connection material which is hung and fixed on a hanging bump unit on the engagement groove of the internal frame; and an insulation material which is installed on the internal connection material to support one surface of the glass. Therefore, the window frame with the earthquake resistance function, when an impact occurs due to an earthquake on a building, induces a torsion of the internal frame while flowing such that both ends of the internal frame cross in a direction to face each other or in the opposite direction, and afterward, return to the original positions, thereby restoring the shape of the internal frame into the original status and preventing the impact of vibration occurring on the building. According to the present invention, the window frame with the earthquake resistance function has merits in which both ends of the internal frame, which are layered to be overlapped with each other, move in a direction to face each other or in the opposite direction to correspond to the direction of a vibration impact of the building, thereby relieving the vibration impact transported to the building, and both ends of the internal frame having elastic force return to the original position, thereby maintaining the support force of the building. Specifically, the window frame with the earthquake resistance function has merits in relieving the vibration impact transported to the building such that there is no worry over that the building may collapse because of the vibration impact, and the torsion intensity limit of the internal frame is increased to prevent the shape of the internal frame from being deformed. Accordingly, the window frame with the earthquake resistance function has merits in which the evacuation time is lengthened due to the relieved vibration impact on the building, and the stability and reliability of a product are improved at the same time.
본 발명은 내진 기능을 갖는 창호프레임에 관한 것으로, 양 말단이 서로 겹쳐지도록 적층구조로 절곡 형성되어, 그 내측에 결합홈을 형성한 내측프레임을 구비하고, 이 내측프레임의 결합홈에 걸림돌부에 걸림 고정되는 내측연결재를 결합하며, 내측연결재에 유리의 일면을 지지하는 단열재를 설치함으로써, 건물이 지진에 의한 충격 발생시 내측프레임의 양 말단이 서로 마주보거나 혹은 서로 마주보는 반대 방향으로 엇갈리도록 유동되면서 내측프레임의 휨을 유도하되, 이후, 원위치로 복귀되면서 내측프레임의 형상을 원상태로 복원하여 건물에 발생되는 진동 충격을 방지한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 겹쳐지도록 적층된 내측프레임의 양 말단이 건물의 진동 충격 방향에 대응하도록 서로 마주보거나 혹은 마주보는 반대 방향으로 이동되면서 건물에 전달되는 진동 충격을 완화 시키고, 탄성력을 갖는 내측프레임의 양 말단이 원위치로 복귀되어 건물의 지탱력을 유지시키며, 특히, 건물에 전달되는 진동 충격을 완화시켜 건물이 진동 충격에 의해 붕괴될 우려가 없고, 내측프레임의 휨 강도 한계점이 상승되어 내측프레임의 형상 변형이 방지되며, 이에따라, 건물의 진동 충격완화로 인해 대피시간이 늘어남과 동시에 제품의 안정성 및 신뢰성이 향상되는 장점이 있다.
