The present invention provides a crusher which prevents damage to a crushing member. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the crusher is mounted on a lifting device to collect an object on the ground or crush a collected object, and comprises: a bucket unit including a lower frame to lift an object placed on the ground by a position movement of the lifting device, and an upper frame being arranged on an upper side of the lower frame and forming an accommodation space with the lower frame to position a collected object in the accommodation space; a fixed protrusion unit formed on one surface of the lower frame facing the upper frame; a swing protrusion unit formed on one surface of the upper frame facing the lower frame; a distance changing unit to change a separation distance of the swing protrusion unit from the fixed protrusion unit; a displacement sensor unit to measure a displacement value of the swing protrusion unit by the distance changing unit; an average calculation unit to calculate an average change amount of a displacement value measured by the displacement sensor unit during a prescribed time; and a control unit to move the position of the fixed protrusion unit to change a minimum separation distance of the fixed protrusion unit and the swing protrusion unit if an average change amount calculated by the average calculation unit is different from a preset value.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 크러셔는, 승강장치에 장착되어, 지면의 대상물을 수집하거나 수집된 대상물을 파쇄하는 크러셔에 있어서, 상기 승강장치의 위치 이동에 따라 지면에 안착된 대상물을 들어올리는 하부프레임 및 상기 하부프레임의 상측에 배치된 채, 상기 하부프레임과 수용공간을 형성하여 수집된 대상물이 상기 수용공간에 위치하도록 하는 상부프레임을 구비하는 버킷부, 상기 상부프레임과 대향하는 상기 하부프레임의 일면에 형성되는 고정턱부, 상기 하부프레임과 대향하는 상기 상부프레임의 일면에 형성되는 스윙턱부, 상기 스윙턱부의 상기 고정턱부와의 이격 거리를 변화시키는 거리변화부, 상기 거리변화부에 의한 상기 스윙턱부의 변위값을 측정하는 변위센서부, 상기 변위센서부에 의해 측정된 변위값의 일정 시간 동안의 평균 변화량을 산출하는 평균산출부, 상기 평균산출부에 의해 산출된 평균 변화량이 기설정된 값과 상이한 경우, 상기 고정턱부와 상기 스윙턱부의 최소 이격 거리가 변화되도록 상기 고정턱부를 위치 이동시키는 제어부를 포함할 수 있다.
