Disclosed is a size-controllable steel form which is provided to adjust the size of a form used for concrete placement, thereby being used in various construction sites. To this end, the size-controllable steel form comprises: a roof slab form forming a slab of a box structure; a form support which includes first and second jack supports disposed vertically on the ground and form support beams installed on upper ends of the first and second jack supports to transmit, to the first and second jack supports, a load received by the roof slab form during concrete placement; first and second wall forms forming the side walls of the box structure; and a fixing means which includes a first fixing pin vertically fitted and coupled to a first fitting protrusion inserted into a first insertion pipe so that the first wall form is coupled to the roof slab form and a second fixing pin vertically fitted and coupled to a second fitting protrusion inserted into a second insertion pipe so that the second wall form is coupled to the roof slab form. According to the present invention, the roof slab form and the wall forms can be separated from the box structure cured with concrete through a simple operation.
콘크리트 타설을 위해 사용되는 거푸집의 크기를 조절할 수 있도록 마련하여 다양한 공사 현장에서 사용할 수 있도록 한 크기 조절형 강재 거푸집이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 박스 구조물의 슬래브를 형성하는 지붕슬래브 거푸집과, 지면에 수직방향으로 배치되며 하부에 높이 조절부잭이 구비된 제1,2 잭 서포트 및 콘크리트 타설시 상기 지붕슬래브 거푸집이 받는 하중을 제1,2 잭 서포트에 전달 할 수 있도록 제1 잭 서포트와 제2 잭 서포트의 상단에 설치된 거푸집 받침보가 포함된 거푸집 지지대과, 상기 박스 구조물의 측벽을 형성하는 제1,2 벽체 거푸집, 및 상기 제1 벽체 거푸집이 지붕슬래브 거푸집에 결합되도록 제1 내삽관에 내삽된 제1 끼움돌기에 수직으로 끼움 결합된 제1 고정핀 및 상기 제2 벽체 거푸집이 지붕슬래브 거푸집에 결합되도록 제2 내삽관에 내삽된 제2 끼움돌기에 수직으로 끼움 결합된 제2 고정핀으로 구성된 고정수단을 포함하는 크기 조절형 강재 거푸집을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 간단한 작업을 통해 지붕슬래브 거푸집과 벽체 거푸집이 콘크리트로 양생된 박스 구조물부터 분리될 수 있다.
