The present invention relates to a louver window preventing fine dust or an insect from flowing indoors by having a dust prevention screen not to receive interference in operation of a louver. Also, the louver window having the dust prevention screen facilitates the installation of louver window. Specifically, the louver window having the dust prevention screen comprises: a frame having a handle hole on one side in front and having a guide groove connected to each other on the inner side; multiple louver frames having a guide corresponding a guide groove on both sides to be vertically installed along the guide groove of the frame and having a hinge hole formed on both sides of the lower part to face each other, wherein the louver frame has a sealing groove of a predetermined depth on the upper surface and has an installation groove on the lower surface in which a rubber material or mohair are installed; the dust prevention screen installed in a fixing frame of the louver frame; an insertion panel including a fixing protrusion so that an edge of the dust prevention screen installed in the fixing frame is pushed and fixed by being inserted into a fixing groove; the louver individually having a hinge shaft corresponding to the hinge hole of the louver frame in the lower part on both sides and having an arm protruding from one side of the upper part to the front, wherein the hinge shaft can rotate in an eccentric state and the louver has an operation shaft formed at one end of the arm to one side; an operating rod has an operation hole corresponding to the operation shaft of the louvers and formed at an equal interval and having a guide shaft formed at the center; and a handle unit having a guide long hole corresponding to the guide shaft of the operating rod and including a handle hinge hole at a lower end, wherein the handle unit is connected to a shaft hole of a hinge bracket installed in the handle hole of the frame by a hinge pin. The louver frame has the fixing frame including the fixing groove on the inner side in rear.

본 발명은 루버창호에 루버의 작동에 간섭을 받지 않도록 방충,방진망을 설치함으로써 벌레나 미세먼지의 실내 유입을 차단함은 물론이고, 루버창호의 설치를 용이하게 한 방진방충망이 설치되어진 루버창호에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 본 발명은 손잡이공이 전방 일측에 형성되고, 가이드홈이 내측으로 상호 연결되게 형성되어진 프레임틀과; 상기 프레임틀의 가이드홈을 따라 상하로 다수 설치되어지도록 가이드홈과 대응되는 가이드가 양측면에 형성되고, 힌지공이 하부 양측면에 대향 형성되며, 일정 깊이의 밀페홈이 상부면에 형성됨과 아울러 고무재질이나 모헤어가 설치되는 설치홈이 하부면에 형성되며, 후방내측으로는 고정홈을 구비한 고정프레임이 설치되어진 루버프레임과; 상기 루버프레임의 고정프레임에 설치되는 방진방충망과; 상기 고정프레임에 설치되어진 방진방충망의 가장자리를 눌러 고정홈에 끼움 고정할 수 있게 고정돌기를 구비한 끼움패널과; 상기 루버프레임의 힌지공과 대응되는 힌지축이 양측 하부에 각각 형성되어 편심된 상태로 회전이 가능하게 되고, 아암이 상부 일측에서 전방으로 돌출 형성되며, 상기 아암의 단부에서 일측으로 작동축이 형성되어진 루버와; 상기 루버들의 작동축과 대응되는 작동공이 등간격 형성되고, 안내축이 중앙에 형성되어진 작동로드와; 상기 작동로드의 안내축과 대응되는 안내장공이 길게 형성되고, 손잡이 힌지공이 하단에 설치되어 프레임틀의 손잡이공에 설치되어진 힌지브라켓의 축공과 힌지핀으로 결합되어진 손잡이수단;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 한 것이다.
