Repair method for crack or pothole on paved road
The present invention relates to a method for repairing a pothole occurring on an asphalt-paved road by filling the pothole. More specifically, the method comprises the following steps of: (A) intermittently heating the pothole and recovered ascon therearound; (B) nitriding the heated recovered ascon around the pothole while making cutback asphalt or antioxidant permeate into the ascon; (C) dispersing the heated recovered ascon around the pothole and its surrounding surface; (D) inserting a repair mixture in proportion to the size of the pothole and the aging degree of the recovered ascon; and (E) mixing the recovered ascon with the repair mixture and hardening the mixture while spreading the mixture evenly. Therefore, the method for repairing a pothole occurring on an asphalt-paved road is capable of preventing damage from reoccurring due to an elastic modulus difference between new ascon filled in a pothole and recovered ascon therearound after the repair of the pothole.
본 발명은 아스팔트 포장도로에 발생한 포트홀을 메워 보수하기 위한 공법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 (A) 상기 포트홀과 그 주변의 구재 아스콘을 간헐적 가열하는 단계; (B) 상기 포트홀 주변의 가열된 구재 아스콘에 대하여 침질을 수행하면서 컷백 아스팔트 또는 노화방지제를 침투시키는 단계; (C) 상기 포트홀과 그 주변의 표면에 가열된 구재 아스콘을 흩트리는 단계; (D) 상기 포트홀의 크기 및 구재 아스콘의 노화도에 비례하여 보수 혼합물을 투입하는 단계; (E) 상기 구재 아스콘과 보수 혼합물을 혼합하여 고르게 펴면서 다지는 단계;로 이루어짐에 따라, 포트홀의 보수 후 포트홀에 채워진 신재 아스콘과 그 주변의 구재 아스콘 간 탄성계수 격차로 인한 재 파손을 방지할 수 있는 아스팔트 포장도로의 포트홀 항구 보수공법을 제공하게 된다.
