The present invention relates to an improved foreign substance removing device of a screw for a drilling machine, capable of effectively removing foreign substances sticking on a screw by installing a rotation means and a cleaning means on a lower auger and turning the cleaning means at a predetermined angle as well as securing the reliability of a product by preventing foreign substances from flowing into the rotation means and the cleaning means. According to the present invention, the foreign substance removing device of the screw comprises: a support part installed on an auger; a fixing shaft installed on the support part; a driving case installed on the support part, and including a driving part; a rotation means installed on the fixing shaft, and comprising a rotation part rotated at a predetermined angle with power delivered from the driving part, a rotation case installed below the rotation part and a fixing plate installed above the rotation part; a cleaning means comprising a rotation shaft installed between the fixing plate and the rotation case to be rotatable, and a plurality of wires installed on the rotation shaft; and a rotating part installed in the rotation case, and delivering power to the rotation shaft.
본 발명은 하부오거에 회동수단과 세척수단을 설치하고, 상기 세척수단을 소정각도로 회전시켜 스크루에 달라붙은 이물질 제거작업이 효과적으로 진행됨과 아울러 상기 세척수단과 회동수단내에 이물질의 유입을 차단하여 제품의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 개선된 천공기용 스크루 이물질 제거장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 개선된 천공기용 스크루 이물질 제거장치는 오거에 설치되는 받침부와; 상기 받침부에 설치되는 고정축과; 상기 받침부에 설치되며, 구동부가 구비된 구동케이스와; 상기 고정축에 설치되며, 상기 구동부의 동력을 전달받아 일정각도로 회전되는 회동부와, 상기 회동부의 하측에 설치되는 회전케이스 및 상측에 설치되는 고정판으로 이루어진 회동수단과; 상기 고정판과 회전케이스 사이에 회동가능하게 설치되는 회전축과, 상기 회전축에 설치되는 복수의 와이어로 이루어진 세척수단과; 상기 회전케이스에 설치되며, 상기 회전축에 동력을 전달하는 회전부로 구성된다.
