본 발명은 상온 순환 아스팔트용 첨가제 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 상온 순환 아스팔트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 페로니켈 슬래그를 재활용하여 종래 상온 순환 아스팔트 조성물과 비교하여 물성이 개선된 제품으로 사용이 가능하다. 또한, 균열, 백화현상 및 부착성능 저하의 문제를 방지하고, 양생 시간의 감축, 내구성 향상 및 품질의 균질화가 가능한 상온 순환 아스팔트용 첨가제 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 상온 순환 아스팔트 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
