An objective of the present invention is to provide a grouting material, a grouting device and a front end remitar fixing-type simultaneous injection steel pipe reinforcing method, which prevent backflow of the grouting material and can improve reinforcement strength of the grouting material by forming inner tubes of a multistage structure in a steel pipe, grouting a first grouting material in the periphery of a front end portion of the steel pipe, and allowing a second grouting material to be grouted from a rear end of an insertion end part of the steel pipe to the periphery of a caulking member of a rear end portion of the steel pipe. The grouting device according to the present invention includes: the steel pipe which is inserted into a perforation hole; partition walls which form a plurality of compartments by dividing an inner hollow part of the steel pipe into a plurality of inner hollow parts of the steel pipe; a first injection inner tube which has a predetermined length and sequentially passes through the partition walls inside the steel pipe, of which an end portion is disposed in a compartment positioned in a front end portion of the insertion end part of the steel pipe among the plurality of compartments divided inside the steel pipe by the partition walls, and into which the first grouting material is injected; a plurality of second injection inner tubes which have a shorter length compared to the first injection inner tube and sequentially pass through the partition walls inside the steel pipe, of which end portion is disposed in every compartment after the compartment of the steel pipe having the first injection inner tube disposed therein, and into which the second grouting material is injected; a plurality of grouting valves which is formed on an outer circumferential surface of the steel pipe so that the first and second grouting materials are diffused and grouted in the periphery of the perforation hole by being discharged to the outside of the steel pipe; and a backflow preventing packing which is formed in an expandable structure outside a boundary portion of the steel pipe having the first and second grouting materials discharged therefrom, and prevents backflow of the first grouting material to a grouting region of the second grouting material by closing a space between the perforation hole and the outer circumferential surface of the steel pipe as the first grouting material is injected and expanded into the steel pipe when discharging the first grouting material.
본 발명에 의하면, 천공홀에 삽입되는 강관; 강관의 내부 중공을 복수개로 구획하여 복수개의 격실을 형성하는 구획벽; 소정의 길이를 가지며 강관 내부의 구획벽을 차례로 관통하면서 구획벽에 의해 강관의 내부에 구획된 복수개의 격실 중 강관의 삽입단 전단부에 위치된 격실에 단부가 배치되며 제1그라우팅재가 주입되는 제1주입속관; 제1주입속관 보다는 짧은 길이를 가지며 강관 내부의 구획벽을 차례로 관통하면서 제1주입속관이 배치된 강관의 격실 이후의 격실 마다 단부가 하나씩 배치되며 제2그라우팅재가 주입되는 복수개의 제2주입속관; 강관의 외주면에 구성되어 제1주입속관과 제2주입속관에 주입된 제1그라우팅재와 제2그라우팅재가 강관의 외부로 토출되어 천공홀의 주변으로 확산 및 그라우팅되도록 하는 다수개의 그라우팅밸브; 및 제1그라우팅재와 제2그라우팅재가 토출되는 강관의 경계 부분 외부에 팽창 가능한 구조로 구성되고 제1그라우팅재의 토출시 제1그라우팅재가 내부로 주입 및 팽창되어 천공홀과 강관의 외주면 사이의 공간을 폐쇄시켜 제1그라우팅재가 제2그라우팅재의 그라우팅 영역으로 역류되는 것을 방지하는 역류방지용패킹을 포함하는 그라우팅 장치가 제공된다.
