The present invention relates to a warehouse-type building structure and a construction method thereof, and more particularly, to a warehouse-type building structure, which is easily constructed and simply installed and dismantled by forming a structure such as a roof and an exterior wall by bonding unit panels having a predetermined length. The warehouse-type building structure of the present invention comprises: a base provided at each corner of a construction surface, and including a buried part buried in the construction surface and an exposed part exposed to an upper portion of the construction surface; a floor provided at the upper portion of the construction surface; an exterior wall having a lower end coupled to the exposed part, and vertically disposed along the circumference of the construction surface; and a roof provided on an upper portion of the exterior wall, and including an eave protruding outward more than the exterior wall and a ridge provided at the center thereof. The roof and the exterior wall are formed by bonding unit panels having a predetermined length.
본 발명은 창고형 건축 구조물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 지붕 및 외벽 등과 같은 구조물을 이루는 구성들을 소정 길이를 갖는 단위패널을 접합하여 구성함으로써, 시공성이 용이하고 설치 및 해체가 간편한 창고형 건축 구조물 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 시공면의 각 모서리마다 구비되고, 상기 시공면에 매립된 매립부 및 상기 시공면 상부로 노출된 노출부를 포함하는 기초, 그리고 상기 시공면의 상부에 구비되는 바닥, 그리고 하단이 상기 노출부에 결합되고 상기 시공면의 둘레를 따라 수직으로 배치되는 외벽, 그리고 상기 외벽의 상부에 구비되고, 상기 외벽보다 외측으로 돌출된 처마 및 중앙에 구비된 용마루를 포함하는 지붕을 포함하고, 상기 지붕 및 상기 외벽은 소정 길이를 갖는 단위패널이 접합되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
