The present invention relates to an integral concrete lining body and a manufacturing method thereof. A pipe is formed on a bolt hole of a floor plate so that a bolt or a nut is introduced into the pipe to be prevented from being exposed to the outside when the concrete lining body and a mold beam are coupled to each other. Therefore, concavo-convex portions can be minimized when a vehicle passes so that passing inconvenience can be removed. More specifically, a separate hole is not required to be formed on the concrete lining body for installing the bolt or the nut so that construction can be further simplified and operability can be further improved.
본 발명은 일체형 콘크리트 복공체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 바닥판의 볼트홀 상에 관을 형성해 줌으로서 콘크리트 복공체와 주형빔 간의 상호 결합시 볼트 또는 너트가 관의 내측으로 인입되어 외부로 노출되지 않게 되므로 차량통행시 요철을 최소화할 수 있어 통행의 불편함을 해소해 줄 수 있으며, 특히 볼트 또는 너트를 설치하기 위해 콘크리트 복공체에 별도의 구멍을 형성할 필요가 없게 되므로 시공이 보다 간소화됨은 물론 작업성을 보다 향상시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.
