Abstract

According to the present invention, disclosed is a platform for repairing a boiler superheater and reheater tube, which allows access to a superheater and reheater tube when working inside a boiler and can quickly perform installation and removal of a platform. As an example, provided is the platform for repairing a boiler superheater and reheater tube, including: a platform structure having a flat bottom surface; a tube fixing unit formed from one side of the platform structure and extended in a diagonal direction; a wall fixing unit formed from the other side of the platform structure to adjust a length to the boiler wall in a horizontal direction; and a slope direction moving unit which is installed on a lower part of the platform structure and moves the platform structure along the inside of the boiler.

본 발명에서는 보일러 내부에서 작업 시 과재열기 튜브로 접근이 가능하며, 플랫폼 설치 및 해체를 신속하게 수행할 수 있는 보일러 과재열기 튜브의 정비용 플랫폼이 개시된다. 일 예로, 평평한 바닥면을 갖는 플랫폼 구조물; 상기 플랫폼 구조물의 일측으로부터 형성되어 대각선 방향으로 연장된 튜브 고정부; 상기 플랫폼 구조물의 타측으로부터 형성되어 보일러 벽면까지 수평 방향에서의 길이를 조절하는 벽면 고정부; 및 상기 플랫폼 구조물의 하부에 설치되어 보일러 내부를 따라 상기 플랫폼 구조물이 이동되도록 하는 슬로프 방향 이동부를 포함하는 보일러 과재열기 튜브의 정비용 플랫폼이 개시된다.
