The present invention relates to an exterior panel installation structure which uses a stopping part on which an upper and a lower portion of an exterior panel are stopped and an elastic clip on which both sides of the exterior panel are elastically supported to conveniently install, separate, and replace the exterior panel to eliminate a piece coupling process to allow even an unskilled worker to easily install the exterior panel, eliminates use of silicon by removing a space formed between exterior panels to provide excellent workability and improve appearance, shortens a construction period, and reduces overall costs. The exterior panel installation structure comprises: a horizontal frame (21, 22) and a vertical frame (23, 24) fixed on an outer wall; a plurality of stopping parts (17, 18) fixed on the horizontal frame (21, 22) at prescribed intervals; elastic clips (15, 16) fixed on the vertical frame (23, 24) at prescribed intervals; a hanging part (25, 26) of an exterior panel (20) hung on the plurality of stopping parts (17, 18); and an insertion unit (27, 28) of an exterior panel (20) coupled and elastically supported on the elastic clips (15, 16). The elastic clip includes: an L-shaped horizontal unit and vertical unit fixed on the front surface and a side of the vertical frame (23, 24); a horizontal extension unit extended in a perpendicular direction of the vertical unit; inclined elastic support units bent inwards from an end of the horizontal extension unit; a coupling unit formed between the inclined elastic support units; a bent elastic support unit bent from the ends of the inclined elastic support units towards the horizontal extension unit; and a curved unit formed between the inclined elastic support units and the bent elastic support unit.
본 발명은 외장패널의 상하부가 걸림되는 걸림구와, 외장패널의 양측부가 탄지되는 탄성클립을 이용하여 외장패널을 간편하게 설치 및 분리 교체할 수 있도록 구성함으로써 피스 체결공정이 삭제되어 비숙련공도 쉽게 설치할 수 있도록 하고, 외장패널 사이에 형성되는 공간을 없애 실리콘 사용을 배제함으로써 작업성이 우수할 뿐 아니라 외관이 미려하고, 공사기간이 단축되며 전체 비용 또한 절감되도록 한 외장패널 설치구조에 관한 것으로, 외벽에 고정되는 가로프레임(21)(22) 및 세로프레임(23)(24)과, 가로프레임(21)(22)에 소정 간격으로 고정되는 복수의 걸림구(17)(18)과, 세로프레임(23)(24)에 소정 간격으로 고정되는 탄성클립(15)(16)과, 복수의 걸림구(17)(18)에 걸림되는 외장패널(20)의 걸이구(25)(26)와, 탄성클립(15)(16)에 결합 탄지되는 외장패널(20)의 삽지부(27)(28)를 포함하며, 상기 탄성클립은 세로프레임(23)(24)의 전면부와 측면부에 고정되는 "ㄱ" 형상의 수평부 및 수직부와, 수직부의 직각 방향으로 연장되는 수평연장부와, 수평연장부의 끝단부에서 내향 절곡되는 경사탄지부와, 경사탄지부 사이에 형성되는 결합부와, 경사탄지부의 단부에서 수평연장부 방향으로 절곡되는 절곡탄지부와, 경사탄지부와 절곡탄지부 사이에 형성되는 만곡부를 포함한다.
